I visited Burger King of Lewisburg for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the order was ready in a reasonable time. The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and hot. The meal was delicious, and the sauce was on par! The portions were generous, and the price was fair, given its fast food.
The only reason I’m giving this place a four-star review instead of a five-star one is the worn down look of the restaurant. The exterior was faded and peeling, and the interior was dim and outdated. The tables and chairs were scratched and stained, and the floor was sticky and dirty. The drive-through screen was broken and the restroom was also in need of a makeover, and the soap dispenser was empty. I think this place could use a renovation to match the quality of the food and the service.
Overall, I enjoyed my meal at Burger King of Lewisburg, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying bite. The food was great, and my specialty order was on par. The service was excellent, but the restaurant could use some improvement in terms of appearance and cleanliness. I hope they will invest in upgrading their facilities soon. I will definitely come back again, but I hope to see some changes in the future.

Ordered a BK Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich tonight and the chicken wasn’t all the way done. I want to add that the sandwich was hot and all of the rest of the chicken patty was done up to this point. Very disgusted. Hoping I don’t end up sick.

Don’t waste your time . Get the stuff and fix it yourself is about the only way you’ll get your order right ! My husband ordered nuggets and fries ( 6 pm) and thet were not edible. Completely dried out , look like they’ve been out since lunch. Our dog wouldn’t even eat them. I ordered a whopper , simple enough right? Wrong! I get home and have a dried out double whopper with cheese plain. Really?? SMH. Done with y’all!

Both of my drinks (coke) had no ice, none and they were flat. Why would you charge someone for this? I will NEVER go back. Good luck keeping your doors open with this quality!!!

First off the drive-thru speaker was not properly working. Then I ended up having to go back because they didn’t give me the drinks that I ordered. When I returned to the store, the lady at the window was too busy making conversation with the customer’s dog in the car in front of me, so it took forever to even get to the window. Finally when I got to the window, she gave me my drinks and fresh fries because mine were cold. While I was waiting, I noticed that she was hanging at the fry area playing on her phone. I ordered three drinks but was given only one straw. Also they gave me only one napkin. When I looked at my Whopper Jr, I saw a tomato the size of a half dollar coin. I was not happy with my visit. I should’ve gone to Wendy’s.

Food was very good, hot and fresh. Tons of options, so when you order at the kiosk you can see everything you can choose from. Portion sizes are just right! All the employees are very nice and attentive. I never liked Burger King, but this visit changed my mind! Don’t listen to the negative reviews!
