I am a travel nurse, I received a new case in Bessemer Alabama and I stopped by Burger King and the worker Isaiah was just amazing. Waited in drive thru line for over 30 minutes but me and another car were the only 2 in line. Lights are turned off outside the building so it looks like they are closed but they actually are not. My order was not correct, and food was not hot

They only had a couple things on the menu available & it was pay by cash only (that’s fine I guess, I had cash on me). After I ordered, they took forever getting my food to me. When they gave me my sweet tea, the sugar was all in 1 spot in the drink & it wasn’t dissolved yet. They gave me the wrong burger & forgot my condiments. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Overall a pretty poor experience. Placed an order on the app and then waited about 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru. I was greeted on the intercom with “Burger King, heh heh.” All I had on my order was an impossible whopper. They gave me a Southwest impossible whopper. Not really complaining about that, but they did get the order wrong. Food tasted fine. I imagine they are understaffed, as the dining room was not open, but I won’t be returning to this location.
