Burger King off Exit 1 is an absolute disaster.
Waited 8 minutes just to even order, got put on “hold” three different times like my time meant nothing. Finally paid, then sat another 13+ minutes while an employee stood around on her cell phone talking loud about her baby daddy instead of doing her job. At 17 minutes they tell me to pull forward. All that for a basic Whopper meal. This place is unprofessional, poorly run, and a complete joke. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

Not good at all. My total was $18.00. Went thru the drive thru and still had to wait 10 more mins. Food was horrible; nothing was fresh. I know Xmas is 2 days away but you all can do better than that

They make you wait away from the drive up window until your food is done. Then wave you up, when your order is ready. They must be trying to manipulate their wait times at the window. The actual vet mad if you drive up to the window after placing your order. This has happened twice and I will it be going back.

My food was prepared to order and exactly as I had ordered it. Fresh and the french fries were hot. The customer service was excellent. It was a little warm in the restaurant I’m not sure if the air conditioner was broken so we opted to eat in the car instead of inside the restaurant. However the play center was very cool and comfortable. Honestly we could have eaten there with no problem. They did really well with customer service, I have dined here in the past and had great issues. It looks like a lot of effort has been put into better training for the employees as it showed in my encounter.

Pulled up to the drive through on a saturday evening (while they were still open)to order something and they literally sat there and watched us pull up and wait to order with no response.
Drove around to the next window to see the girl sitting there with her headphones on watching the cameras.

I went through the drive – thru at 1030am, the exact time they are supposed to start serving lunch. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers that had been microwaved at 1000 degrees until the pickles and mustard and ketchup were congealed on the charcoal briquette that passed as a burger patty. I tried to call from the car and got a busy signal.
