The whole experience at this restaurant is first class. The service is way above what you will find at most restaurants. They are very professional and attentive without being annoying. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet. If you don’t like loud restaurants, this is your place. The food was delicious and presented perfectly. They don’t over sauce their dishes which is very nice to see. Very reliable restaurant.

What a wonderful dining experience! Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted, with flavors that blended together seamlessly — just like that unforgettable scene from Ratatouille. The daily special was truly outstanding; I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. I also loved that it’s BYOB, so I was able to bring my favorite wine to enjoy with the pasta. The menu is full of tempting options, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more!

What an incredible night at La Cipollina! This was our first time visiting and it was such an amazing night. Every bite was better than the last and I cannot wait to come try out some new things.
The owner even stopped by our table a few times and took us on a little tour of the restaurant! Antonio and Liz were always there when we needed them and provided great service too. A great family owned business that we will definitely be bringing family and friends back to.

First time at this long time establishment and was really blown away by thier attention to detail. First of all, the youthful servers were attentive, knowledge and friendly, always a plus when going out. The food was simply excellent in every way. With the rise of overpriced contemporary dining trying to pay back the massive investments in atmosphere, this restaurant was reasonably priced and simply delicious. Not pretentious at all, and very high quality traditional Italian cuisine. We will definitely be back there soon!

We went here for Christmas Eve 8pm reservation showed up at 7:40and was seated immediately. Bread came out with melt in your mouth garlic and 2 other sides delicious. The dinners were delicious , especially the is osso bocco melted in my mouth. The chicken was delicious as well. $11 Credit card charge was unnecessary at such a nice restaurant.

My family has come to this restaurant on and off since I was a child, and each time we come back, we are reminded just how good the food is. Truly a gem hidden in the borough. Most recently, the team at La Cipollina were more than helpful with serving as the venue for a party. First and foremost thanks to both Ben and Carson who made things run smoothly throughout the course of the night, and with them the entire wait staff who were also top notch and professional. We had guests come from all over the state as well as many states over, and everyone raved about the food (can’t blame them). Not only is this a great place to go to dinner all year long, but I cannot recommend them enough to host your next gathering. Also, an additional shoutout to Osnelly who was gracious and helpful behind the scenes.
