My husband and I went in for a ice cream cone. Stood in line for 5 mins. To be told they shut done the icecream machine. No first they said we are out of cones. So I asked for a cup and then I was told they do not have them .Even with the billboard outside and signs clearly state that they did.

Finally got to the speaker to order to be put on hold again…still waiting to order after 4 minutes just told AGAIN that she’ll be right with us to take our order. I come here a lot. I never have a problem in the early afternoon. But when I come at later in the evening I experience a manager who tried to tell me they don’t sell the double stackers anymore when I’ve ordered them very recently and then when I don’t experience said person I am able to order the sandwich I want but it is made completely incorrect. I cannot find a way to contact and every time I try to call no one answers

I hate giving a bad review cause it is a fast food place so I don’t expect anything great. But I feel that when you decide to take a job in that industry and deal with lots of people that you should either have patience or not work in the front. We ordered our food, and whoever was on the other end wasn’t happy or wanted to deal with it. We got to the window, they got upset cause the fry was cold, and we asked for a honey mustard sauce. They said we have charged you. I said ok, then they seemed like they got upset. I know everyone has bad days, so I hope that was all.

This is the worst drive thru I’ve ever been to. My son loves Burger King and so I keep trying, but I can not come back anymore and give my money to this store.I’ve seen people leave drive thru EVERY time I’m here. They just leave you to sit and don’t take your order. So then you pull around and go in thinking this will be better, only they are dead inside and you wonder what the problem is. You talk to the manager and they are indifferent. Food given is not even what you ordered. It’s like they’re trying hard not to care.
