I’ve been going to this Burger King on and off for years, ONLY because it’s the closest one to home. The last time we got hot, fresh, decent food from this particular establishment was before they remodeled a few years ago. My biggest issue with this place is THE FOOD IS NEVER HOT!! The second biggest issue is THE WAITING TIME. Ridiculous to have to experience both issues every single time we pass through there to grab a bite to eat on the go. Whomever owns this place, it’s time to reevaluate your place of business. Burger King on Del Prado and Burger King on Hancock/41 have set the bar for you.

This is the worst drive thru I’ve ever been to. My son loves Burger King and so I keep trying, but I can not come back anymore and give my money to this store.I’ve seen people leave drive thru EVERY time I’m here. They just leave you to sit and don’t take your order. So then you pull around and go in thinking this will be better, only they are dead inside and you wonder what the problem is. You talk to the manager and they are indifferent. Food given is not even what you ordered. It’s like they’re trying hard not to care.
I understand if it’s once or twice, but EVERY time. Just can’t do it anymore. Terrible service. Terrible restaurant. Terrible management.
Look at all the one stars… Burger King are you even paying attention to your social image?!?

Stale bread, burgers that taste like cardboard, and soggy fries. Not sure what happened to this store, but the quality dropped tremendously over the years. Sadly I won’t be coming back. Service felt almost forced like they’re trying to be happy but are dying inside and unmotivated. I don’t blame them after having experienced myself working fast food. It’s draining on the soul. I hope my old coworkers well as I loved working with them. I’m far happier with my new job and truly feel like I’m actually contributing and heard for once

My husband and I went in for a ice cream cone. Stood in line for 5 mins. To be told they shut done the icecream machine. No first they said we are out of cones. So I asked for a cup and then I was told they do not have them .Even with the billboard outside and signs clearly state that they did.

This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money. Wish I would have read the reviews before because they are on point..with McDonald’s / Taco Bell / Wendy’s/ Arby’s/ Popeyes / KFC even Subway all on the same corner, you’d think they would want to do better. Stop having non-caring teens run an establishment. Reason why you get dried out, burnt food. Sad ! A few weeks ago, when I stopped there , young mgr lady told me it would be about 15 mins because they are out of meat, and they have a line in the drive-through to serve first… totally pathetic.

First waited for like 15 minds before someone took my order. A car drove up after me and they took their order first. Then the guy just sat there and talk for another 10 to 15 mins. When I finally made it to get my food and make it home. They left out all the sauces and a burger.

Stopped by Burger King today, and unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The person taking our order didn’t greet us or show any friendliness whatsoever. I won’t mention names, but it felt like we were bothering him just by ordering. No hello, no thank you, just a very flat, annoyed tone the entire time. Not sure if it was just a rough day, but it made for a pretty unpleasant experience overall.
Customer service goes a long way, and a little bit of courtesy would’ve made a big difference.
