Absolutely crap. Soggy wet steakhouse whoppers. Cold in the middle. Couldn’t even cut it in half like requested. Handed us plastic knives like that would cut that nasty mess! Bad customer service and food. Glad we are from sarasota where they know how to make whoppers.

This is got to be by far the most incompetent Burger King I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Food is correct when it wants to be, but it seems to me like the cook can’t read a ticket especially with something so simple like no cheese Is a consistent issue. I visited this location today and the experience was extremely concerning.

First, the drive-thru menu is poorly positioned and the prices are not visible from the vehicle. This makes ordering unnecessarily difficult and shows a lack of attention to basic customer needs.

However, the major issue is the staff. The employee taking orders appeared to be heavily impaired, to the point where it was impossible to understand anything being said. The speech was extremely slurred, slow, and unclear—so much so that I could not complete my order.
If someone is that impaired while taking orders, I can’t even imagine how they are preparing the food in the kitchen. It’s genuinely alarming.

For the safety of customers and the reputation of the brand, this location urgently needs:
• Mandatory drug testing
• Fit-for-duty screening
• Proper communication training
• Better supervision and accountability

No customer should feel unsafe or unsure about the condition or clarity of the staff preparing their food. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and immediate management intervention is absolutely necessary.

if I could give this place 0 STARSSSSS I WOULD ! i arrived and placed my order at 9:00 at 9:35 I was still in the parking lot waiting on a school night with my child that just gotten out of practice ! i asked for a whopper with no pickle no mayo and no ketchup . i was missing a fry and the ones i had were disgustingly COLD! The manager there last night couldn’t get her staff in order, she couldn’t find my recipient , couldn’t find her keys for an extra 10 MINUTES so now it’s 9:45 PM to give me my REFUND! Her rudeeeee employee on the floor was disgustingly disrespectful, no class and aggravated with everyone but herself ! All of the employees must have taken a smoke break at the same time because the manager was yelling at them screaming don’t do that again ! I would never ever recommend this plac fans they need better management ASAP!

I’ve given up on this location. They frequently get my order wrong and are usually slow too. Last straw came when I stopped by on my way back from work and they were only taking mobile orders. From now on I go to this other one that is slightly out of my way but well worth the detour.

It’s better to gonto McDonald’s than deal with them. The closeed an hour and a half early we waited nearly 30 minutes in drive thru and they never picked up. We drove around and they turned the signs off. There were 2 other cars behinde me

Customer service is terrible. There was only 1 other customer in the store and it took them 15min to make 1 order, I had to wait another 15min just to talk to someone about my order.

The food is not health food but I love a whopper (impossible burger) and a strawberry shake. Wednesday Whoppers are $3.99. Definitely use the app to get free stuff. I don’t eat there often but still accumulate crowns.
