The best food ever! Hot and fresh, made to order food. Friendly employees that treat you like family. We ordered 2 – 16 piece chicken nuggets and 1 large fry, it was sooo goood we had to order more. We made the chef laugh “you folks were talking about how good the food was I had a feeling you would order more “. I think we made friends with the night crew .

I used to frequent this location, but now thats ceasing. Ordered a meal at 11am this morning and it was incorrect, upon returning after my work shift to ask for the correct sandwich and explain how I was never given a receipt the manager rudely said she always hands out receipts and that I was essentially lying. With how much fast food costs now a days, this is unacceptable. Customer is always right. I feel like I was discriminated against by the manager. The service was trash. Corporate was contacted and this review will not be removed until this issue is settled. Fast food service has gone downhill. Order was placed around 11 this morning 8/4/2023. All of this over the fact I received a fish sandwich and ordered…..what would you guess a burger. It is burger King afterall???

Went into the store to order and it took about 2 minutes to be greeted. After ordering I sat down and waited 16 minutes for my meal to be ready. It’s not a bad store. It was mostly clean but the service was just lacking

Let me start this off by saying the cashier was courteous, but, I was not offered a receipt. I was also asked to stay at window #1. This was to avoid tripping the window #2 sensor thus showing longer drive through times. I sat there for a good 3 to 5 minutes. It felt like longer. Then I get to window #2 and they hand me the wrong bag of food. How does this even happen when the orders are listed on the screen in the order it was taken? The window #2 person looked very confused and asked me to repeat my order. After another minute of waiting and confusion, I get my food. The correct items were in the bag. That was about it. The spicy chicken fries were not hot. And I asked for extra ketchup on my burgers. I didn’t get any extra. The tomato on my burger was ONE tomato and it was about the same size as the pickle. My whole point here is this: If employees are going to demand a better wage, they need to get better at whatever job they are doing, and if management doesn’t want to provide more help during busy hours, then I’ll find somewhere else to eat. And what’s with having no napkins in the bag? When did this start being “normal”? Your tiny cost saving measures are costing you customers.

Food was absolutely nasty I had gotten a chicken sandwich and it was burnt everything else I ordered was cold. The people working there are having a blast not caring who’s waiting and when I approach it was like they gave us attitude for interrupting the get together they were having in the kitchen. Then when the cook was making a new sandwich there were 4 other workers around him then they looked up and laughed.. so needless to say I threw away the new sandwich since I couldn’t tell what was so funny at the moment my sandwich was being made . Don’t come here..

One of the worst burgers and old food I have tasted. This place requires an inspection, the food tasted old, and oil tasted like it was re-used for a week. I ordered 3 different burgers and onion rings. I wouldn’t come here if I were you.

This is my second time at this place, in the past month. Both times on the drive thru. First time they almost threw the bag in to my car, and all the fries were spilled all over inside the bag. Today, almost the Same, plus… I requested a honey mustard and ranch sauce, and the lady answered me that she would needed to charge for the sauces, I told her that a few days ago (the first time when SHE threw the bag at me) I asked her for a honey mustard and she provided to me, so she responded that she wasn’t even there yesterday. I just Can’t even express how nasty the service was on both times I visited this place. It is sad they have people on customer service jobs that really does NOT want to provide the minimal respect in her assistance. So, please, save the bad moment. Do not come to this place.

I was greeted by a young, it was obvious she was new, hover she was very attentive! I asked for my whopper with extra pickles, to made fresh of the broiler! When the young lady asked the employee making the whopper to make sure it made the why I requested? He came around the cook line to look at me? He didn’t make the whopper fresh off the broiler as I had requested! The manager on duty Mr. Charles personally dropped the whopper, an completed the order as requested! This is the type of Leadership that makes a Great Manager! Corporate should take notice! Thank you Mr. Charles for terrific lunch!
