The chicken fries weren’t my favorite because they don’t really have that much chicken in them. I’m still giving them 5 stars tho because their other food is good and also because the staff was very nice to me. I had a t-mobile Tuesday coupon for a free impossible whopper but they weren’t sure how to make the code work, but they still gave it to me for free which I thought was very nice. I like their burgers a lot

Hidden prices are annoying. I ordered a breakfast meal with a large Diet Coke. Small coffee is the only thing that comes with the meal. Anything else is an “up charge”. They charged for the soda and the bigger cup. Two separate fees. So my $6 breakfast was $9. Service was slow and the manager seemed annoyed that I asked about the price increase.

Seemed to have understaffed and over worked, with above average wait times for food, staff was friendly curdious. The 1 time I was in after 8pm , i observed the cook was the dishwasher , the floor mopper, and the garbage guy . Hes hard to miss he is a big guy running around . Classified as ultimate multi tasker . But the cook should cook . Not handle other stuff as well . Especially garbage , or dirty broom or mop handles . I dont care how many times hands are washed and re gloved . That’s nasty. When I complained. Was told that a corporate issue . It comes from up high .

I placed an order this morning via UberEats and received a message from the driver that you all were closed, I needed to cancel the order ans contact Uber support although you accepted the order. I was charged taxes, fees and tip for food I have yet to receive. I have been calling since 8am and can’t get anyone on the phone so I genuinely don’t know if the restaurant is open for business or not. This is so unacceptable.

I just left the drive thru after waiting 20 minutes in line. You could tell other drivers were angry. But Alex at the window handled everything so well and I’m glad I didn’t leave before getting my food. Spicy chicken fries are goooood.

I just picked up lunch with my daughter and was berated and insulted by the man working the drive thru as he handed me our food. It completely took me by surprise as I didn’t think I had done anything but be polite and wait patiently. I thought there must be some kind of misunderstanding and attempted to apologize but he interrupted me and said something incoherent about his manager and not serving me again. The food is never good (there are many better, faster restaurants in the immediate vicinity) and the wait is often unjustified. I ususally only leave positive reviews but I’ve never been treated so rudely and underserved.

Normal. Nothing out of the ordinary. Fairly new location. Opened December of 2021. No flavor in the fancy new drink machine. If you’re not going to have flavors in the machine, then don’t allow the choice. The attention to detail some of these places have is poor. If your management staff is there 40 hours a week, you think someone could fix the issue. What else are doing for 40 hours a week. Makes no sense to me.
