A fantastic upper scale sushi restaurant in the Winter Garden villages. Their rolls are fairly large and some even come as 10 pieces. Very tasty, and good quality. Chef Leo does a great job and is an asset to the establishment. The ambiance is hip, cozy, and very inviting. Time well spent.

I’ve been to Aji Sushi several times in the last year. We enjoy their atmosphere and friendly staff. In our previous dining experience, we had Michelle as our server. She was very friendly and helpful with the sushi options. We were advised they keep a master list of past sushi options not on the menu, which was a bonus because we could try a past sushi roll option. Ask your server; they can assist you with additional sushi roll options outside the menu. During this visit, we tried the Harumaki, an oriental vegetable egg roll. Very good and lightly breaded even though it was fried. We have yet to try their hibachi, but everyone enjoys it while dining. We also tried a very reasonable portion of their vegetable Yakisoba, a stir-fried egg noodle with vegetables. We recommend their FIFA Fever sushi roll and T-Rex roll. I’ve posted a picture for your viewing delight.

Always delicious sushi with very big portions. They have hibachi too and it is also good. Great specials for two to dine that includes two rolls from a specific menu, salad and miso soup.

Decided to come here for a quick bite and skip the fast food sushi. The spicy tuna roll and edamame app was a good amount for me. And for dessert the ice cream came in a nice martini glass.

The hibachi here is top notch! The intimate setting makes for a great family or date night! The food is always delicious and the service is always above expectations!

I was here last week for dinner with my family and my sister’s family. In total there was 9 of us. The service was beyond terrible. I had to request things over and over again, many items just did not come even after being requested. At one point the waitress brought 4 out of the 5 children drinks we ordered, when we highlighted this to her, it took her 25 minutes for her to bring my son’s drink. He finished his meal without the Shirley Temple. I myself ordered a martini initially and when that was finished asked for a glass of wine. The waitress did not come back. The buser came to the table to pick up dishes and I asked him to tell my waitress I am still waiting on a spoon and a glass of wine. He came back with the spoon himself and I asked him if he told the waitress about the glass of wine, and he said yes. She did not come back. I saw another waitress, and asked her if she could get my waitress. The waitress never came. It’s finally bill time and she came with my bill and my sister’s bill, shamelessly adding gratuity to each check. I put my card in the credit card folder and waited another 15 minutes, and she did not return to pick the card up. At this point my kids are outside, as it’s been an endless wait game during the most uncomfortable dinner ever. I get up and go to the front and ask to speak to the manger. The manager (likely owner) comes out, and I explain all of the aforementioned. Her response? “So you’re upset because she wasn’t fast enough?” At this point I realized, that I was wasting my breath, told the manager to remove the gratuity because I did not receive any “service” and left the establishment. I will not go back, which is disappointing because it is close to where I live and it actually used to be good.

Great experience start to finish! We came in and started at the bar with a mule and a blue margarita… excellent drinks! Our server was Linda. The sushi and calamari was great. She was so nice and attentive. The chef did a good job and the filet was amazing. Really love the atmosphere and service here.
