I come here often. Food is often very good, the staff is wonderful except for this one manager. Every time I talk to her she just ignores me or ask someone else to take care of me. Which feels awful. I get the feeling she is a bit racist . Cause I know I haven’t done anything wrong by her. But other than her , everyone else is amazing and so polite. I like bringing my kids here cause they are just so kind.

This is by far the worst burger King I’ve been too. All I order was a large hashbrown and they gave me old ones that taste like they were sitting for an hour. I drove back and the girl in th window said she had fresh ones coming out . I didn’t think to look in the bag because I seen her wait and make a new one. As soon as I left they taste like they took the same ones and threw it back in the fryer. They were so oily and inedible. I left a voice-mail for someone to call me back. I was almost late for work for driving back there. Never again will I come here at least in the morning.

Places mobile order for the deals and faster service. Pulled to window I was asked to drive around to the front and wait for my order. I had a deal for a jr whopper, fries, 4 piece nuggets, and small sprite. When my order was brought out I was missing a straw for my drink, was missing the bbq sauce for the nuggets, the fries and burger was room temp at best, my sprite looked like someone started to pour cola then remembered I wanted sprite. It was not clear it had a brownish tinge to it. If I had to drive around and wait for my order why wasn’t it hot and fresh? This is the 2nd BK that I’ve had problems with that is easily fixable. Will not return to this location.

This location is the worst! Drive-thru wait is insanely long. After 15 minutes waiting in the drive-they, my food is not ready at the window and I am rushed through to go wait at the front door. Then the food is not made correctly as requested on the order. I use the app to place my order as always because it’s easier for me to make each food item how I want it. This visit reminded me why I driver further away from my home to a different location. Updating my review. It is now 30 minutes past the time I placed a mobile app order and still have mot received my food. My kids are screaming because they want food. I chose fast food for a reason, this location should not be considered fast food.

Buyer beware! When you order their sausage and biscuits make sure the biscuit is done before leaving the place. I had order 2, 1 was cold and 1 was still had dough (undercooked)! So I am not sure how they could have missed this when they where making them. If the biscuits still feel like dough or stick to you or are light in color could mean they are not done. The hash browns were hot some what over done but hot.
