If I could give the atmosphere and service ZERO STARS I would when I walked in it was already two men who were complaining of needing help the gay man who seemed obviously too busy for the customers standing in the lobby told them to give him a min and with attitude that right there should have been my RED FLAG but no I continue to order because I am 3 months pregnant and very hungry and was also ordering food for my kids who was also hungry I had trouble with the kiosk machine the guy who mops the floor offered assistance before the guy behind the counter did and I heard him say “his only concern is drive thru because it’s on a timer” ANOTHER RED FLAG but I still tried to be patient and wait my son came in eventually because he saw me struggling with kiosk from outside! I still had to wait 20 minutes while he helped drive thru when he finally was finished and called my name at that point I was OVER IT ! I requested a refund and left I will never eat from this location again train your workers to respect the lobby as much as drive thru even though drive through is on a timer LOBBY DECIDED TO ACTUALLY TAKE THEIR TIME AND WALK INSIDE !!!! That’s not fair and as I customer I should have never heard that !!! Do better

This location is by far the worst in the city. I ordered from this location twice in two weeks. First time it was through the drive thru. There were no customers inside or in the drive thru and it still took 20 minutes for two orders with at least 5 people including the manager in the kitchen. Today I order via UberEats and they forget an entire entree and don’t even notice that their drink machine has clearly malfunctioned because the Coca Cola tastes like old mop water. Very disappointing. Will not come back.

Please have your employees practice proper hygiene! I got breakfast this morning and the guy at the window who passed me my food and took my payment had the most disgusting fingernails ever. Dirt all under his nails and his hands were visibly dirty. I threw the food out! It was disgusting.

Place is dirty, homeless people sleeping in there constantly. One lady in a wheelchair is constantly pooping in the booths. The managers are rude and always have an attitude. The GM doesn’t know how to talk to people. The food gets redipped a lot which is nasty. I’ve seen them put burgers in the fryer because “broiler” is down. Such a nasty thing. I do NOT recommend that Burger King at all

I’ve been to a few BK’s in my day. This one is by far THE WORSE! Cold food, I asked for fresh, the employee and manager both assured me my food was fresh. The center of my OCS was freezing cold, my fries tasted like they been sitting out for days. Trying to get fresh food seemed like a hassle. All I received was attitude when I asked for fresh food. That’s very terrible customer service. I’ve seen trash on the floor, employees just walking by like it’s nothing. It makes me sad because Burger King use to mean something and now it’s just a joke

From the start, the waiter had a bad attitude, poor service, and the worst food, freezing cold. Then they heated up my sandwich, which was inedible, and the lettuce was ugly. All money wasted.

This restaurant was clean and well kept. The staff attention to service was was very attentive. I only wish they would smile and greet you. Overall one of the better BK in the area.

OMG went to this location at 8:19 pm ordered onion rings didn’t have, ordered jalapeño poppers stated product was discontinued, but still on the Menu board And the last thing I asked for before I left was ketchup. Also didn’t have what is going on with Burger King.
