This review is for the amazing staff who worked their butts off, despite being woefully understaffed. There was one manager and two other employees dealing with a lot of grumpy and rude customers. Yes, the wait was long, but the manager handled everything with patience and grace. The store owners really have to hire more staff to assist their current employees.

This location has always been bad. Walk in and stand by the register 10 minutes and no acknowledgement from any workers. They look at you and ignore you and keep making the drive through food. Order online and wait in lobby for 20 minutes just to find out they lost the order. Drive through takes forever and usually get the order mixed up with others. The owner needs to get it together and rectify this location. Don’t go here

Honestly one of the worst Burger King in all of Orlando. Food will be made wrong every time even if you place a mobile order and the customer service is just rude dismissive and pathetic. Might as well eat something else.

Stay away from this nasty place. Health department needs to audit. No gloves on the greasy cook. Manager lady was extremely rude and aggressive. Inside area never clean. This is a horribly-ran, dirty establishment. Don’t risk your health by eating here.

I must say that going to Burger King on that day was Great! The service was a tad bit slower than usually are. I am not sure why, but the hot food, the great personalities that greeted me made up for any other problem that I was faced with!

Apparently the workers steal cash here. They mentioned it to each other. Had to wait 5 mins to place my order because one of the workers wouldn’t let the cook use her register while she packed food. She could’ve switch places but didn’t. You could tell the cashier didn’t want to be at work. She seemed frustrated because her customers service skills were trash. Seemed to have an attitude.

Worst service!!! I was present here on 7/25 at 10:30 at night. The lady rushed me thru my order just for me to wait 30 MINUTES IN A FASTFOOD DRIVETHRU For her to give me an attitude when it came time to pay. AND THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!! I will be going to wendys across the street or McDonald’s that’s right behind them from now on. At least they’re not rude and they are swift like a FAST FOOD place should be.

Two times ordering I ordered from uber. Both times I didn’t receive an item I ordered. Each time the uber driver called me stating that the store won’t change the item for something similar. 1st time I ordered chicken fries, they didn’t have it, I asked to just get regular nuggets they said no. 2nd time I ordered the spider verse whopper, which the only difference is the red bun. I should mention I ordered a regular whopper and got that. Again the Uber driver called me same thing, I asked for just the regular burger they said no. That just doesn’t make sense. I don’t get any notifications from the store through the app no options to do anything like almost every other store that uses Uber as a delivery service. Do better!
