Went to drive-tru, waited in line for a long time only to find out that side if speaker was not working. Switched and no answer. Walk inside to pick up my mobile order because i already paid it. Had to make a line again. But the food was good, they excuse they were short staff.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King location once a month for breakfast and always received great service from Tammy — she’s friendly, professional, and usually holding the whole place down by herself.
Today was a completely different experience. The General Manager Jose was extremely rude, condescending, and cut me off repeatedly while I was speaking. He even refused to give me the corporate number and didn’t complete my order. Another employee had to step in and agreed that his attitude was uncalled for.
It’s disappointing to see someone in a management role treat customers this way, especially when staff like Tammy set such a positive example. I will never return to this location again until management changes.

The dark skin manager who has a nasty bob cut couldn’t find the right customer service even if it had slapped her in the face the drive thru experience I had was absolutely disgusting and unappreciated. I asked for one sandwich and decided I wanted another with me saying that I already heard teeth sucking as if I’m asking for a Big Mac or something after that I had continuous sliding door slams in front of me since she hates her job apparently. To top everything off I didn’t even get my second sandwich I wanted I received cold soggy hashbrowns. This is very unacceptable will never be coming here again.

Long wait for food, employees absolutely do not care about the accuracy of your order – we ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 3 fries, one fountain drink and one chocolate shake. We were given 3 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and an Oreo shake. When I asked for the fountain drink and fries, the employee that took my order said “I put a cheeseburger in the bag” and I replied that I did not get the cup or fries. She handed me a cup and the fries, then when I got Diet Coke, it was terrible. When I finally got the correct chocolate milkshake, it looked like they pumped the Hershey chocolate syrup one time and didn’t blend (pictures attached). The entire location was empty, the bathrooms are locked and you have to request a key, the chairs are tearing and falling apart, the sign outside looks like it hasn’t been replaced since the 90’s from how sun bleached it is. McDonald’s is across the street – do better, Burger King.
