I don’t normally eat at fast food. But it’s close to work. I waited at the ordering station for 15 min before my order wad taken. I seen 3 people behind me leave. After i ordered my food. My onion rings were cold as ice. Mixed with French fries.. no napkins , customer service was as if I was hindering their day. I guess I will travel a little further down the road to the next place.. Do better BurgerKing. Your a name brand place. I guess I could have ordered my food on ” wish” and it would have been the same quality..

Used a coupon on my app and she told us their coffee machine was out of order so asked us if we wanted to substitute our coffee and we said sure 2 root beers. Well low and behold she didn’t tell us until we seen the receipt that we got charged .90 cent 2x because their coffee machine was down. Those replacement drinks should had been free. We advised her that she might want to tell people ahead of time. Then she told us for that price we could had got the oj…not very good customer service. Decided to edit this post after reading older reviews and getting the same treatment multiple times myself. I don’t want to mislead anyone by my previous rating. I do understand the fact that they are under staffed but the wait times are a little ridiculous especially when there are no other customers and the staff I’ve seen just hanging outside smoking or on their phones.

I normally do not leave any negative comments. This is zero stars to alert the owner that attention is needed at this location. You have phenomenal employees. But they are only going per shift it appears. Respectfully, how is it, that it took 25 blessed minutes to get through the drive through line when the dining room was closed and there was only 2 cars in front of me.

I keep trying to come to this one and am consistently disappointed. Tried to go today, the parking lot was empty and there was one singular vehicle at the window. Got told he’d be with me “in a moment” and just never heard anything after that, so we said screw it and left. Will not bother to try and go to this place again.

I usually come to this Burger King since I’m in the Air Force and it’s the closest to the base. But today I went through the drive-thru during lunch time and waited exactly 13 minutes at the speaker after being told the wait by the staff. if your looking to get something quick during lunch avoid this location understand people not wanting to work but its ridiculous to wait at the speaker that amount of time. whoever is the general manager president or whatever needs to work on Staffing if you can’t have adequate Staff do not open for the day. This was not the first time this has happened

Very undependable, commonly closed, always poor service, I usually am the only customer yet get frustrated at the delay in placing the order, leave and go to McDonalds. I don’t understand how this place stays in business- since they never have customers.
