I was a big fan of Burger King as a kid but the last couple of years it really feels like they fell off. Today however, I decided to give it a go with my brother to try the new Spider Verse items. Today genuinely felt like a comeback to me. The food was great, it came as fast, and the service was exceptional. Barbara was just so sweet and really gave the place personality. This location also felt exceptionally clean. Definitely will be coming again. Thank you!

Terrible store! I placed an order on the app and they took over 30 minutes to serve me, and I just wanted to pick up the food at the drive thru. No one answering the speaker, a complete disrespect! When someone finally decided to show up, they hadn’t even made the food, so I had to wait even longer. Find another place to eat if you don’t want to stress yourself out!

I tried this location when it first opened and it was horrible. Today, many months later, I figured I would give it another chance, hoping it had improved, WRONG!!! There were two cars in front of me in the fast food line, I attempted to order with the associate, insisting, I speak louder. Obviously, there are audio issues with the intercom system. I ended up yelling my order to her, repeating myself three times finally seen it correctly on the display. Pulled forward and from the time I ordered till they handed me my food was 18 minutes. I assumed they originally gave my food to another car because while waiting two different people came to the window and confirmed what I ordered and went back inside. Finally, I got my food, did a quick glance in to make sure nothing was forgotten, and I left. While driving I tried to take a sip of my drink and the top popped off because it had not been installed properly spilling some on my shirt. When we got home, my child’s cheeseburger, the ketchup had been squirt on just one small edge of the bun. The cheese was hard. They forgot the cheese on my burger and at the bottom of my fries were some leftover hashbrowns from breakfast. So needless to say this place still has the worst quality food, service, and speed of delivery fulfillment. I don’t plan on going back. I do hope they bring in new management and turn his place around.

This BK needs new management and new employees. You can show up during any shift and you get terrible customer service and more than likely a shortage of food. During the evening, BK sign / light is off….people think place is closed. Corporate needs to shut this place down. You can do better!

I went through the drive-thru today, and at the very start, asked if a coupon I had for a Whopper could be applied to an Impossible Whopper and it is…a Whopper. I was told yes. I didn’t realize until I got home that I was given the wrong Whopper. I had to load my one and three year old up again, husband working late tonight (hence the BK run), and took it back to get an Impossible Whopper. The manager came to the window and didn’t offer any rectification of her employee’s mistake. She actually brought her bag back to the window as to give it back. She was rude in her response, had a bit of an attitude like it was my fault I was told and given the wrong sandwich. Very unsympathetic nor did she take any responsibility for the mistake. So I left with a sandwich that I couldn’t eat because I don’t eat meat. To add, the manager didn’t even offer any form of refund nor a complimentary item. Extremely poor service and it’s not really the first time at this location. I will absolutely not be going back to this Burger King.

For such a nice area of town, this place is a shame! I hardly ever write bad reviews, but after the customer service I was treated with, I had to, so that maybe the management can use it as a learning curve and advice. The lady taking my order on Sunday at about 1250 at the drive thru window was by far one of the most rude people I have ever come across. I hate to be mean, but this is sad for such a new and beautiful area of town. I was shocked. Food was acceptable, but I will not be back due to how I felt as if I was “throwing a wrench In Their day”, just by getting some drive-thru food.

The burger was cold but the fries were hot. The diet coke was warm with no ice. I told the girl at the window that the coke was warm and she informed me they were out of ice. I said it would have been nice to know that so I could pick a different drink. She said she could not take it back or give a refund and that I was the first person to complain all day. Right. I’m done with this location. My experiences have been more bad than good. Good luck to the owners because if they don’t find some quality staff the business won’t survive. 210 location is a prime example.

Ordered through their app and they made the sandwiches incorrectly. Then would not correct them. I also object to being called “boss” or “bossman” by anyone, including restaurant workers. I tried to call corporate and it’s all automated you cannot talk to a live real person. I will not be going back to this restaurant. I wish I could give this place less than one star rating.

Hard workers serving up great food in a nice clean environment all for right around Ten dollars for two of us. I’d say I got pretty lucky on this one. Our order person was Laketa I believe and considering they were down at least two I commend them for doing such a great job. I’m kicking myself for not remembering the exact spelling of her name but she/they were all awesome? They did a fantastic job, one that I have no doubt I could not do. Thank you all for everything, you were wonderful.

This was the last time I will ever go to this BK location (Racetrack Road, St. Johns). The young lady at the drive through window wouldn’t even acknowledge me and definitely had an attitude. I’m the first one to forgive a server but this was out of line. She literally closed the window in my face while I was smiling at her and asking a question. I immediately went inside to speak to the manager who appeared to be out of her element. As I’m explaining my displeasure, the young lady from the drive through approached and argued (loudly) that she didn’t have an attitude which, to me proved my point. Save your money, go somewhere that values your business.
