Overall the restaurant was very clean and I was impressed that my order was made fresh.
Where it was lacking in my opinion is that it was too automated and the employees had no character. The employees weren’t rude, they also didn’t speak. They were just there. I’m my opinion if great place for a meal, but lacks atmosphere and could use a touch of human presence.
* They don’t take your Order, you are ignored (You have to order on the computer screen).
* They definitely are in slow motion mode.
* You have to ask for your Cup or condiments, because they won’t ask you.
* Nobody is cleaning the tables.
* The low ratings are well deserved.
I ordered a Texan Double Whopper with no onions. While I was ordering, there were two customers already complaining that their orders were made wrong. The manager said they would remake the food. When one customer’s order was remade, it was still incorrect. They had to remake it again. Three times for a simple order.
When I got my order, I noticed my burger was missing cheese, even though the menu clearly includes it. I went back to the counter and told the employee that my burger did not have cheese. The other customers who were waiting for their orders to be fixed asked me if mine was wrong too. I said yes. All three of us were frustrated. We were the only three customers inside, and every single order was wrong.
While we were standing there, the manager checked the burger station and noticed that the employee still made the other customer’s burger incorrectly. He asked for no tomatoes, and tomatoes were still on it. It took four attempts to remake a simple burger with clear instructions on the screen.
This is not complicated. Three customers inside, and every order was wrong. It makes you wonder what management and corporate are doing when they see reviews like this. Something clearly is not working at this location.
I mean if you like Burger King this one is usually very clean, well staffed, and the food is good.
I have been avoiding BK for years since a bad COVID era experience at another BK but this one seems to be doing a good job.
