I went in and ordered at the kiosk. I waited at the counter surrounded by almost utter silence and was handed my drink cup without a word said by the employee. When my food was done it was simply handed to me without a word as well. When I sat down I wasn’t sure if I enjoyed the silence, or if it was slightly unnerving.
Overall the restaurant was very clean and I was impressed that my order was made fresh.
Where it was lacking in my opinion is that it was too automated and the employees had no character. The employees weren’t rude, they also didn’t speak. They were just there. I’m my opinion if great place for a meal, but lacks atmosphere and could use a touch of human presence.

the service is really slow (they are obviously understaffed), the manager here is incredibly rude. She’s an older black woman, and called out the wrong name for my order. When I hesitated to pick it up because I wasn’t sure if it was mine, she asked me for my order. I said the name and she goes “I said that” with a mean attitude. I know for a fact she didn’t call out that name but I didn’t want to cause a scene. What horrible customer service. She handed me my food so rudely. I’m tired of coming here as a dasher, waiting 10-15 mins and always having an awful experience with the workers.

I will start by saying that every Burger King I have ever been to is complete trash, even though I honestly think they have the best tasting burgers out of all fast food chains. I love Whoppers, but I hate that every Burger King location seems to be awful. No wonder this location has a 2.5 rating.
I ordered a Texan Double Whopper with no onions. While I was ordering, there were two customers already complaining that their orders were made wrong. The manager said they would remake the food. When one customer’s order was remade, it was still incorrect. They had to remake it again. Three times for a simple order.
When I got my order, I noticed my burger was missing cheese, even though the menu clearly includes it. I went back to the counter and told the employee that my burger did not have cheese. The other customers who were waiting for their orders to be fixed asked me if mine was wrong too. I said yes. All three of us were frustrated. We were the only three customers inside, and every single order was wrong.
While we were standing there, the manager checked the burger station and noticed that the employee still made the other customer’s burger incorrectly. He asked for no tomatoes, and tomatoes were still on it. It took four attempts to remake a simple burger with clear instructions on the screen.
This is not complicated. Three customers inside, and every order was wrong. It makes you wonder what management and corporate are doing when they see reviews like this. Something clearly is not working at this location.

I mean if you like Burger King this one is usually very clean, well staffed, and the food is good.

I want to sincerely thank Tina and the Burger King on Harpers Lane for their generosity toward our preschool. Their donation of crowns was greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly and supportive, and it’s wonderful to see a local business investing in the community. Highly recommended.

The young African American dude was very nice and was working by himself he deserves 5 stars but I’m giving 1 star due to the female African American who I think is the manager. She was touching food with no gloves on AND no shoes on. Her pants wasn’t even buckled all the way. She look like she rolled out of bed into BK. I will not eat from here at all. All i see is pink socks and unbuckled pants smh then she looked at me as she touched the cheese and buns with her bare hands after scratching her side

Over all, not a good experience. I didn’t want tomatoes.. lady asked me like 5 times to repeat my self, as I was being loud. I worked at fast food. And it was just a sucky experience. I just need a quick lunch and my food was completely wrong and gross. Now I have to work 10 hours on an empty stomach.
