This hidden gem is off the beaten path for tourists like us, but it is WORTH THE DRIVE! The food was amazing and very fresh! The customer service was beyond outstanding! I don’t think I’ve ever been served by a more friendly staff! The atmosphere is very inviting and we definitely plan to visit here anytime we’re in the area! The milkshakes are amazing too!

Service is the absolute best. You cannot get better food. And the atmosphere is down home welcoming. We had a Laverne & Shirley (Pepsi float), an iced maple macchiato (with almond milk and almond cream….and she makes her own syrups!!), a Ruby burger, a loaded hotdog with deviled mustard, and fries. Prices can’t be beat either!!

Exceptional service, felt right at home. My daughters and I were visiting Carter caves this past weekend and was in search of a good local place. We sure did find it here! The food was delicious and to top it off we ate enough we had to take home some food all under $30 with dessert. Will definitely be back when in town!

We have eaten here probably twice a week for the last year. What a great place with great people and great food. The portions are amazing.
Last week, we got a pumkin loaf, sourdough bread, and a banana bread loaf to take home. These were specials. Grandma would be jealous of the taste. They were huge moist and heavily delicious. Extended family visited and were delighted.
So if you want home cooked food without the clean-up, head over to Ruby’s and be satisfied.

Just ordered a double bacon burger and deep fried mushrooms to go. Oh. My. Goodness!! This burger has two fresh-made patties that are perfect, crispy bacon and a nice soft warm bun! The mushrooms were perfectly crispy, hot and juicy. Love, love, LOVE Ruby’s!
