I ordered a small Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Awesome Sauce and basically received plain vanilla ice cream. My scoop of vanilla had more toppings from the last order that was prepared using those same spoons- Oreo maybe? – than it did of what I ordered. There was exactly one mini peanut butter cup and a small drizzle of peanut butter mixed into my scoop of vanilla ice cream, not nearly enough to transform even a third of the vanilla scoop into something resembling peanut butter awesome sauce. Overall not worth the $6.79.

Disappointing experience! They messed up our order so bad. Ordered one with specific toppings, but most were missing. Chocolate Devotion dessert was a big letdown, tasted like plain chocolate ice cream. It was a disaster. Boo Batter Ice Cream was okay. Neatly packed and delivered. Won’t order from this store again.

Great place for nice creamy ice creams with variety of flavours. Ice creams are great but the service depends on the staff over the counter. They have got wonderful ice cream cakes also but limited flavours.

Today, we were standing in line to be waited on. It was only 3 customers in the store. Nobody greeted us (about 6 folks working). I later found out that they were preparing online orders. Very sad. I shared with them that the folks in the store matter as well. We left. The customer service was absolutely horrible.

I live out of state and I ordered a cake for my sister’s 28th birthday party from this location. When my family sent me photos I was angry and so embarrassed; the cake looked like it was decorated for a 5 year old’s birthday (see pictures attached). The decorator laid the Oreos flat on the cake (instead of upright like in the photos on the Cold Stone website) and they drew smiley faces on the Oreos with the icing, for no apparent reason. When I voiced my concerns to one of the managers, they didn’t appear to take any responsibility for the embarrassing cake. I didn’t even mention to him that the ingredients on the inside weren’t even correct; there were no brownies mixed in the ice cream and instead they put Oreos even though that wasn’t requested for the inside of the cake. I ordered the cake online and it’s a very simple checklist that you complete to order. I didn’t add extra requests or anything like that, so not sure how the cake ended up the way it did. Very disappointed!!
