I waited at the front counter for 7 minutes. NO ONE appears to be in the store, then two of the workers come in from the back door, I know the female worker knew I was in the parking lot, I parked next to her at the front door! Very disappointed!

We stop here many times being truck drivers and everytime we come in employees are smoking weed in front of the building they are hanging out not caring about the customers. The food is always cold and the fries taste old. It is disappointing and frustrating to not get a good meal after a long day.

A solid 3.5 star Burger King. Night shift is absolutely awful at service, so the best time to go is around lunch time. If you go at night time they’ll try to ignore you and act like they’re closed even if it’s still an entire hour before they actually close. Occasionally the food will be sloppily made, but that’s only 10 percent of the time or so. Most of the time they make the food really well. And the store typically is really clean. This place is a solid 3.5 stars and is carried by day shift.

Costumer service is amazing here. Staff is very friendly. Behind the counter and the floors and tables in the lobby are really clean. Gets my food correct every time and even with them being understaffed, I don’t mind waiting those extra few mins. Thank you to all who work here. Keep it up.

Night kids there are very rude and disrespectful and foul mouth. One kid out of uniform wearing cowboy boots was using the F word so loudly and when sk his name he wouldn’t give his name and was cussing. I will never go there again. The cheese sticks was so burnt I couldn’t even bite into them. The only reason I gave them a star is so I could write a review. They deserve a -5 stars. I just to love this place but the kids on night shaft need to learn respect.

So, normally I don’t have any problems here. The food is pretty good and fresh, people are nice enough, but this time I went and I spent $10 on a meal and asked for a ranch because I prefer that with my french fries (Yes, I know I’m weird) but the lady at the pickup said she had to charge me. I was flabbergasted and she said gave me plenty of ketchup. I smiled and said, “Thank you but I just prefer ranch.“ She was nice enough but still said that she would have to charge my 27 cents. I laughingly asked if it wasn’t included in the meal, trying to be breezy about it, and she again said, “No, sorry, I have to charge you 27 cents.” So I gave up and looked in my wallet and saw my coin purse was empty and remembered & explained that I just gave away all my change to the Salvation Army and thought she might just give one to me after she asked how many I wanted. I told her I just needed one, but she still held out her hand. SMH. Really?!? I looked all over my car and scrounged just enough to buy that single cup of ranch but just thought that whole thing was ridiculous!! I don’t know what happened to common sense and basic customer service? Would 1 cup of ranch really have mattered that much when normally they fill your bag with condiments you don’t even ask for? Could we make a “condiments exchange program” and maybe I’ll give you back the 5 packets of ketchup I didn’t want or ask for in exchange for the one condiment I did actually want?? Just saying. Lol. Maybe just have a balance with people or don’t give customers quite such a hard time about something so simple. Ask people if they want condiments and provide 1 per order and charge for extra. I didn’t know BK was that bad off. Like I said, normally a great place to stop by, but today’s customer service was an absolute fail.

It’s very slow. They won’t even know you did a mobile order until you get there and then they rush to make it , causing them to mess up and forget stuff. Then you won’t get a refund .They only want to give you $10 coupon to go back after you spend almost $40. I won’t go back here ever .
