This location has gone downhill fast. After the new management took over, my first 2–3 visits were actually really good, which made this even more disappointing.
Lately, the wait times have been ridiculous, and my most recent visit was the last straw. I was given a breakfast order in a bag so soaked with grease that it leaked through and got all over my car’s floorboard. I didn’t even realize how bad it was until I got home.
Totally unacceptable and shows a lack of basic care. I won’t be returning unless serious improvements are made.

The manager Haley is so amazing! She was so sweet and gave fresh fries when i asked (perfect fries). And helped with a coupon issue. Even with them being understaffed, the manager Haley was on point. The temple location has finally turned around. So glad the old management is gone! Just be patient, we’ll worth it. And thank you Haley for being so kind to me.

My daughter and I went this morning and purchased breakfast. When we got home and sat at the table, my daughter unwrapped her croissant and found a hair. They don’t wear hairnets, and when we received our money back for the purchase, the employee rolled her eyes as if it were our fault that their hair was flying around in the cooking area. Just about all restaurants located in Temple, GA, are a joke, to be honest. Please be careful where you spend your money.

I believe the manager name was Zach, they were slammed and they were great. He is a great team leader, great with customers and did his best to make everything right and correct. Does his best to serve great quality food with a smile. I didn’t have great experiences with this bk a few times before. But I will def be going back thanks to him.

Me and my friend had the rudest worker ilysa. Number one GROSS. Was in the bathroom with her and she came out and NEVER washed her hands ? . Number 2. Hygiene. Horribly dirty. Her nails, her hair, her clothes smell like animal urine and bo.
Number 3. Rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed and acted annoyed when asked to do anything or when speaking to us. Bad attitude terrible hygiene. I lost my appetite in there.

They’re super friendly and fast. They seem to be somewhat understaffed though. I eat BK semi-often (once a week ish) and normally when I come through there’s only 3 people running the store, if that. Regardless I came today around 6 and got very quick and friendly service and was extremely satisfied

First off I don’t like a lot of fast food places but this location is my go to. Kat is always there when I come through. She always goes above and beyond to help her customers if she can. Me and a lot of my family come just to see her. When she left her old job we came too. And I will say this I heard some things and I feel this young lady deserves a lot she came here 5 days after being in a huge car wreck and still worked and did allot. She is one of the kindest employees y’all have.

Its okay on some days …some days you might order from there and you be like what in the world do they got going on today . …I went thru thr drive thru the other day and they were out of coffee creamer , thr girl had to go hunt for some ketchup and grape jelly …I was like how does your manager like let you run out of everything all at one time ? I would love to leave a comment about my food, however while I waited 4 mins in drive thru when I order the impossible burger I was told… we already turned our burners off… it was 1:15am, while I know that is late , I had just got off my shift and knowing that you all are open until 2 makes me happy because I do not eat beef or pork and no one in the area offers something for people like me. So I waited a moment to see if they were going to say it takes xyz time to heat up..nonetheless they didn’t say anything so I said thank you as I drive off two employees are literally looking through the drive thru window laughing. Now I would love to say my food was horrible but maybe , just maybe I dodged a bullet ✨
