It is no wonder why this place is empty. Placed an online order and gave them my stall #. No one ever came so after 15 minutes we went through the drive through. We only ordered drinks and was told to pull up after getting to the drive through window so that everything would be hot and fresh. Sat another 15 minutes + in the drive through. A lady came out and asked us what we were waiting for. I told her an online order that we placed 30 minutes ago. 0 out of 10 do no recommend.

My wife and I decided to have sonic for lunch today. We pulled up to one of the drive up and order stalls and waited approximately five minutes just for no one to answer us. Okay we will go through the drive through. We inquired about the buffalo chicken dip bites and if they came in a meal. The question was completely ignored. We got to the window and waited after paying for 15 minutes to receive our food. All the while the woman manning the window was playing on her phone. My wife’s chicken toaster club was so burnt she couldn’t finish it and I mistook it for a burger patty at first glance. From working in food service most of my life I can also taste the oil is old and needs to be changed. If I could rate less than one star I would. I’ve never been more disappointed in sonic

This location is beyond a disappointment came here on two different occasions in each time, I was let down the first time I went through ask for mozzarella sticks along with another order I had it to the window pay for look at my bag is not there the managing partner some black woman wanted to argue with me about me not ordering in instead of just giving them to me as I know, I have ordered them. Then tonight I went to go get food and I was served a burnt hot dog that I didn’t catch until I got home. The staff here is extremely rude. Very disappointed. An upper management could care less as long as you’re making money.

I ordered on the app, sat at the stall for 30 minutes it said on the monitor that my food was being prepared, after 30 minutes I hit the red button and 12 minutes later they answered and told me they were short staffed and I had to go thru the drive thru… at this point I would have just left but I had already paid for the food. I went through the drive through and half was order hadn’t even been prepared yet and all I ordered was a coney tots and a tea! At one point the stall had said someone was bringing my order out now before I hit the button… And then the food was just thrown together, it was supposed to be a large order of cheese tots with onions… look at the photo! long story short this is THE WORST sonic I’ve ever been to!

This place don’t deserve a star at all. Order was wrong, waited 15 minutes for it, after correcting my order, the food was cold and when I asked for a receipt, the lady who works there said they ran out of paper receipt.

Some of my siblings and I went to Sonic to enjoy our last night on our trip. We ordered through the app. The app said our order was ready ,but there were no indications of our order coming several minutes later. We approached the door to check and were told it was ready. After the worker went back inside she left me sitting outside standing there for a few more minutes. One order took 20 minutes. Needless to say we were not impressed!

If you don’t mind a wait and subpar food, it’s fine. We are waited nearly 30 minutes for food with missing/wrong items and no drinks. There were only two workers and it was Saturday at peak hour. That isn’t really their problem. However, they were kind and fixed the order.

Not sure why this place took such a nosedive in the last 2 or 3 months but terrible… they should just close and put everyone out of their misery. Two of the last 4 times I went they were only doing burgers and nothing else. Not sure why… It takes forever to go through the drive through even though there always seems like there are plenty of employees on… their Sonic Blasts are the reason we go and they used to be good but now they consistently fill the cup half full… order a small… there is as much in that as in a large and you will save money… if the machine isn’t broken… you have to repeat your order 3 to 4 times before they get it… I could keep going on but you get the picture. And I could keep going there… but I finally get the picture. Waste of time and money.

Had to wait a good minute for someone to take my order at the stall. The server who finally responded did not come across as friendly or even apologetic for the time spent waiting. When I FINALLY get my order, I checked my bag to find that it was the wrong one with the wrong drink. I got the server when he came back out. He did not apologize, went back in, and got what I ordered. I understand it being busy and possibly short-staffed, but at least have the decency to let the customer know that you are doing your best.

Amazing food, great ice cream, and the service up front is even better. Had an employee named Mar’layisha take my order who was amazing. Met Charisma who was very nice at window. I came back the next day and met the manager Valerie. She was very kind and very polite to us. 100/10 would recommend this establishment.
