I ordered on the app, sat at the stall for 30 minutes it said on the monitor that my food was being prepared, after 30 minutes I hit the red button and 12 minutes later they answered and told me they were short staffed and I had to go thru the drive thru… at this point I would have just left but I had already paid for the food. I went through the drive through and half was order hadn’t even been prepared yet and all I ordered was a coney tots and a tea! At one point the stall had said someone was bringing my order out now before I hit the button… And then the food was just thrown together, it was supposed to be a large order of cheese tots with onions… look at the photo! long story short this is THE WORST sonic I’ve ever been to!

If you don’t mind a wait and subpar food, it’s fine. We are waited nearly 30 minutes for food with missing/wrong items and no drinks. There were only two workers and it was Saturday at peak hour. That isn’t really their problem. However, they were kind and fixed the order.

The customer service wasn’t bad. They tried their best. However, the place was poorly managed. The microphone system for all of the booths as well as the microphone for the drive trough where inoperable. The staff were nice but, there was only 2 of them for a Saturday night one of them being brand new with little experience on how to operate the register.

Boy golly gee what an amazing experience did I sure have! I came in to Sonic to grab some breakfast before heading to the beach! I was in between McDonalds and Sonic but I obviously went to Sonic because I’m posting this review. The service was impeccable! I felt like a king on his throne. Who ever was working that day need a promotion to the C suite of Sonic corporation and/or Inspire Brands.

Amazing food, great ice cream, and the service up front is even better. Had an employee named Mar’layisha take my order who was amazing. Met Charisma who was very nice at window. I came back the next day and met the manager Valerie. She was very kind and very polite to us. 100/10 would recommend this establishment.

Literally just needs to shut down or be taken over by new owners or something. Waited 30 minutes in line just to get to the window to be told all ice cream machines are down. Either they are closed early for short staffed or never have items. Live 4 minutes from this sonic and the 3 years I’ve been here I’ve only been able to get full service from this location maybe 2 – 3 times. Done with this location.

Ever been in the mood to wait a long time for average food served at room temp and have to interact with a teen with an attitude wearing hoodies and ski hats in the middle of summer them load up the car and head to Sonic you’ll get all of that. They also have live entertainment you can watch 10 or so teenagers dressed like it’s the middle of winter eating and then using their bare hands to prepare your food. Please someone teach them professionalism in the way they dress, and behave. Luckily there is a McDonald’s twenty yards away.

This Sonic has the most awful customer service imaginable. I am sitting here typing this now still waiting on my food to be brought out for 30+ minutes now. The 5 cars behind me have have either received their food or driven off and I am still waiting. If you want to come to an average fast food restaurant and wait over 30 minutes for food to come out while the employees walk around, talk, and hang out in the back, then I invite you to come to this Sonic location. Unbelievable!

OMG – worst ever; get to the drive thru, 1st thing the attendant said was ‘EXACT CHANGE or CARD?’ – i said I haven’t ordered yet; 4 times this happened; they just kept repeating; I then said, I’ll pay with a card since i don’t know the exact amt right now since I haven’t ordered yet to know if I have exact change. I then proceeded to order a vanilla shake – to which the person replied ‘We aint got ice cream’ – really? I said I’m done and left. This was my first and guaranteed my last time I am coming to this sonic! Truly a disgrace!
