Dining room was closed at 7:45 pm when it’s suppose to close at 9pm. After waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru to place my order the food was HORRIBLE! Crispy chicken sandwich looked like it’s been sitting all day long. $3 double cheeseburger looked like a kids meal burger and the chocolate chip cookies tasted like they were made on Halloween and today is November 12,2022. Just pretty much gave away $14.50 and didn’t get a receipt. I hope corporate sees this so they can PAY their employees MORE MONEY so they can care about their job and the service they give!!!

This place was awesome. Quincy should be a district manager or store manager. Our food was hot, correct, and delicious. His manners and professionalism were a breath of fresh air. He made sure everything was right and in a timely manner. Kudos young man!

Always has slow service, but I was hoping with the new shopping center and more traffic, it would improve. It’s only gotten worse. Was told to hold a minute at the drive thru order. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. I was expecting to see a few cars backed up at the window, nope! Not a single car. Just a worker standing there at the window on their phone.

This location is pretty consistently bad. The wait time and the food. The best thing about my whopper meal/ fries was the frozen coke I ordered. I’m not coming for food anymore. Fries had weird after taste like old grease. Burger was also cold Had to go back inside for straws and kids meal toy.

The food here is the same pretty.much and that’s why I come here. However, this place never opens its inside and that’s really irritating because alot of us drive larger vehicles and cannot make it through drive thru. There is absolutely no signage indicating this. You have to walk up there and if an employee sees you they give you this God awful foul expression as if you’ve done something despicable.

Me and the wife went to this location and the customer service was excellent what we asked we got without any hassle. The chocolate milkshake and French fries were very hot and my wife burger and onion rings were hot and freshly made. Good service people 🙂

Go through the drive through order food. Instantly see a piece of red hair on the fries. Its from the girl who gave us the bag but a guy comes back to the window and say “so you want me to make it over?” Well I mean yes please if itsnt too much to ask, what are we suppose to do with it? Just had a bad trip here. Ordered a chicken sandwich for my wife with no mayo. The one they gave me had mayo went back they made another one this time they didn’t put the cheese on it. Went back again gave me cold cheese out of the cooler. I ask for hot order of onion rings since hers were cold by now. Employee came to the table and ask for the cold ones since she had ate some he ask for the hot ones back. I said are you kidding after all this you are worried about a order of rings. I ask for a refund he refused , l ask his name and the owners name he refused and ask me to leave. Never going back again and suggest you do the same.
