I had a coupon for 3 whoppers and 3 fries, I took my 3 young daughters inside to eat. I wanted no condiments on any of the burgers (just the veggies) noone understands you when you ask for ZERO condiments. You have to be specific, which I was.

I usually love to get breakfast from here, so today I decided to try lunch. Got it doordashed and received someone else’s order. Called and spoke with a girl who said, word for word, “Well, we put names on the bag so I don’t see how that could’ve happened” and had just an overall bad attitude when I was simply trying to figure out how to get it fixed. Ended up just getting it refunded on doordash, but that sucks because it makes it seem like the dasher was the issue when it’s the store’s fault!

I went to get a bag of ice. I sat at the pick up window a good 10 minutes for a simple bag ice! I had already paid. If not I would have drove off. I paid with cash. I asked the girl at the for my change. After another 5 minutes, she handed me $0.27. My change should have been $0.80. At this point I am frustrated. I just drive off. So I am sure I am not the only one they have done this way. It makes me wonder just how much the employees are pocketing on a daily basis by doing this to customers. If I owned this Sonic, I would fire the staff and start over! Rude employees.

If I could literally leave ZERO stars I certainly would. Ordered four croissants, large hash brown, 6pc French toast sticks, and 2 cold coffee. They automatically had me pull up although no one was even behind me….. then, I finally get my food and get home and the hash and French toast sticks are all hard enough to break a brick wall with, the crossants aren’t even made correctly….. I called up there because I was going to send my husband and the “manager” I suppose she was didn’t give a rats behind. She said bring all the food back and I’ll give you a refund. I said I want the food redone, she said well the french toast sticks and hash are going to be the same bc the grease is bad…….. absolutely RIDICULOUS! Granted I’ll eat the crossaints, but corporate definitely deserves to know why Burger King in Easley is never really busy!
