The employees were very nice but it took a bit of time to get our food. Although the food was hot the order was not correct…I asked for pickles and onions and ended up with bacon and jalapenos. We were back on the road before we realized the order was not right. Also there was salt on the onion rings which they don’t need and they were luke warm.

Out of all but four drinks this morning, no notice of an upcharge for going with a soft drink instead of coffee, when changed to coffee they poured out the soft drink and used the same non thermal cup. Receipt was such poor condition I cant do the survey online because the code is unreadable. I am tired of going to this location just to find out they are out of all of their drinks or sauces.

I pulled up to the drive thru and waited five minutes. After five minhtes, ” I said is anybody there.” They said, ” It’ll be a moment.” Then i waited another five minutes and they still didn’t take my order. I had to literally call the restaurant to take my drive thru order. It was the Burger King in Leesville, SC.

All we did was go thru the drive thru. they didn’t tell us the price till we got to window and they were pretty slow even coming to window. There were no other cars so not sure what the delay was. But it seems that most fast food places in Batesburg. Lewisville area are kinda slow. The milkshake my daughter got was very good according to her.

I love Burger King, dare I say it? Normally I’ll get the 2 for $6 Whoppers or Chicken Sandwich & Whopper, same price. I go there about once a week, before work on 2nd Shift. The other day I just got a Double Cheeseburger Combo meal because I wasn’t quite as hungry as usual. $2 cheaper, but still very filling!

Just plain poor service. Sandwiches made wrong. When asked to correct it, the person was not at all quick. No apology, no service. Burger had been over cooked and tasted like cardboard.
