Severely under staffed. I spent 25 minutes in drive-through with on two cars ahead of me. My order was also wrong. I paid extra for cheese on whoppers but when I got back with my food; there was no cheese… I do not recommend this place and hopefully the management team will hire some help for their staff.

Couldn’t take my order through the drive thru, had to go inside. Didn’t have any soda in their lobby soda machine. The chicken on my sandwich was so burned and overcooked, I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed.

We tried ordering from the drive thru, but the employee wouldn’t listen to what we were ordering because she was too busy interrupting and repeating back stuff we didn’t say. I finally told her we would drive up to the window to order because she couldn’t hear what we were saying. We drove to the window and sat there while they just walked around inside, with no customers and ignored us. We waited for a couple minutes and then we decided to leave and go up the road to Sonic.

I Waited over 30 minute in drive-try so I just got out of line and went inside. Ask the young lady can I pick up my food in the inside she proceeded to tell me yes when I asked her how long is my food she saying that she’s waiting on another order which they have not drop the French toast for this order. even after this order has been waiting 30 minutes for the order Asked to speak to a general manager she said that was a General manager that was supposed to be dropping the food. I work at Burger King this is really unacceptable Need better staff and better management at this location. I just went to Chick-fil-A where I had no problems. I would rather pay $35 with good customer service and short wait time. then pay $20 with poor customer service and ridiculous long wait time Apple one you need to Get your store right or u going to lose all your business.

Ehhh! so I came in it was a customer in front of me. The lady took his order. Fixed his order and gave it to him before she acknowledged me. When she did acknowledge me she told me I had to order on the kiosk. I mean its not like the drive thru line was packed and the inside was filled with people. So I was patient (a first for me if you know) the deal wasn’t on the kiosk so she ended up taking my order anyways. The burger was wrong the sweet tea was all sugar. Never again. Ghetto and unorganized.

Only 7pm and yet they say the lobby is closed and we need to go through the drive thru. They blocked off one way to the registers with a sign and a few chairs; which also blocked off the bathrooms so I had to step over it all just to pee (this BK is shared with a 7/11 gas station so it was the only bathroom available). I was just scrolling the menu real quick up front before leaving and that’s when one lady announces I can’t order there, drive thru only. I told her no problem and that I was just going pee and looking in case we wanted something. Then another lady decides to get snippy with me and says, “I blocked the path off for a reason.” Ok b**** umm I had to pee and you’re the one closing the lobby down at 7pm. Not to mention you only blocked off one side and there were zero signs saying it was closed. Don’t give me lip when you’re being lazy and rude! Needless to say we didn’t go through the drive thru for fear of even poorer service, or I don’t know, gross a** food!

Two employees inside plus the cook, they said I couldn’t order inside and would have to sit in the drive thru. Zero customers were inside or in drive thru. So I walked 50 feet to a hole in the wall burger place next door who didn’t give me a hard time ordering, the food was excellent there.

The lady in the drive thru was the rudest person I’ve ever heard when customer service is literally in her job description. She would cut us off as we were ordering, and the tone in her voice, she clearly hated her job. So glad we were passing thru, because I would never go back. We all have bad days at work, but my goodness.

Avoid at all cost… It took more then 45 minutes to receive a double whopper and a big king. When I did get the order, I got a double cheese burger, that I did not order and a double whopper that sat under the heat lamp till the top bun was like cardboard. I never received the big king.
