Never received my food. Order was twice charged, twice Not refunded. Now for the second time I have been locked out of my app and points were wiped after being harassed, not receiving my food( the reason I was given was I could not collect my food from the drive thru. That’s news to me since I paid for it. Twice in fact.)and my points were wiped. Was going to try a different McDonald’s, then i notice all of them in the area are owned by the same people. I ordered 2 quarter pounders and 1 large fry for my husband and I. I had a couple of fries on the way home. Got home pulled the fries out and it wasn’t even half way filled with fries!! I guess I’ll be checking to see that I got a large verses seeing if they are fresh! Wish I could post the picture I took when I pulled them out of the bag! Wasn’t worth driving the 20 minuets back to say something about it.

Food, as always, was mediocre but fast. I feel as if someone’s getting paid such a substantial amount now to work at McDonald’s they should know how to count change back for $20 bill? That almost seems outrageous to me. And it was interesting to find out that you can’t use your digital coupons if you receive a deal that they’re advertising already. Meaning, if you order your food and the workers put a deal on there for you without you asking you are not allowed to use your codes that you get through the app or your reward? Very strange.
