My grandmother and I went through the drive thru. The order came out to be almost $10.00. She handed the cashier a $20.00 and was told she handed him only a $5.00. My grandmother only had TWO twenties in her wallet that day so it was obviously not right from the start. The first $20.00 was never to be found. I believe it was pocketed. I called the location after the incident and was told to talk to the general manager. So I had to call back the next day and once I did I was HUNG UP ON. The fact that the general manager wouldn’t even take the time to listen to me after I explained the short story shows a great display of unprofessionalism. I definitely did NOT appreciate that, and corporate was notified. I believe no one should ever treat someone that way in business and certainly no person should ever be taken advantage of like that.
