Food was ok, fries were cold but everything else was fine. The amount of money it costs for just one meal is insane. It’s sad you almost can’t even afford to take your family to burger king for a quick bite anymore. Customer service was great though!

I went into this store as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order on 8/21/23 around 2:30-3:00 PM. I encountered an older lady with wrinkly skin in her face, and a heavy set guy. Both white.

This location needs some serious customer service training. Went there today to pick up lunch. Person who waited on me at the drive thru never said one word to me. Didn’t tell me what was owed, didn’t ask whether I wanted ketchup or not and didn’t thank me. Not one single word and hardly looked at me. Food is decent, but not great. Go down the road a little and take a lesson from Chick-fil-a.

My grandson wanted burger king one day and we live closest to orange ave so we went to that one. First off all the handicap parking spots were taken and none of the cars had handicap stickers or anything so I couldn’t park in the handicap even though I am handicap. General manager is very rude to myself and another employee. She was cussing out an employee because she was simply asking for help. The guy at the front register was a light skinned guy maybe mixed with dreads he was also chiming in with the general manager. This place is very unprofessional. I also came through on 4-14 at 8:30 pm and the lobby was locked lights were off and managers were passed out in the car with the windows blocked off with blankets and a box on the windshield. Corporate needs to investigate this store because there’s no way this is acceptable.

Fries were room temperature and the order was on the skimpy side. Burger condiments were added very sloppy, piled on pickles and lacking ketchup, mustard off to the side.
