Might be pricey compared to other locations outside of Roanoke. But every time we have had lunch there the fries are fresh, like right out of the fryer, little or no salt used. Of course this depends on who is running the show. We have had the cardboard fries destroyed under the heat lamp. But nearly every time we have lunch or dinner the food is freshly made and fries were prefect. So, the lady that runs the show and makes sure fries are great should be rewarded. Others need to be retrained. Sysco and US Foods don’t supply low cost high value to the restaurants in Roanoke unfortunately so don’t expect a low cost meal. Still if you hit when their best are running the show you won’t be disappointed.

Placed a mobile drive thru order through the BK app. Everything was easy once I figured out how to link my BK account to my WalMart account for 25% off the order. Confusion began upon arrival at the food window, when 2 different employees asked me twice what I had ordered. The order had not even been started, and I watched 3 employees standing and talking while waiting for something to cook. While waiting, the car behind me left hurriedly while waiting after placing their order. Finally, I received my food and everything, even my special requests on condiments were correct. The food was hot and tasty. I could not use the % off on the order bc I ordered the free Whopper available, and one can only choose one discount per order. Overall, it was a good encounter, with the exception of the initial confusion of the mobile order and long wait.

Placed another mobile order today, and all went faster and better than my previous visit. Got a free bacon cheeseburger through the BK app. It was the same size as a Jr. Whopper, which is small, but it was tasty. The pickles, even though I love them, overpowered the patty, cheese, and bacon, so I enjoyed them separately, and the burger was more balanced. Took advantage of the 2 Whopper Jr. for $5 special! And they were better than the bacon cheeseburger. Everything was balanced, except the lettuce was the size of a quarter!
Staff seemed more prepared for the mobile order and did not seem as stressed as the previous visit, I recognized 2 employees from before. I chose the drive thru, so I can’t comment on the interior atmosphere, but the outside grounds held some trash, and signs, etc, needed some repair.

Placed a mobile order, and all ran smoothly! Ordered the 2 for $5 special of two whopper juniors, with free fries through the mobile app. I like ordering through the app bc you can get everything exactly as you like, by editing your order…so extra mayo or less pickles is easy to communicate, and all my choices were honored. Fries were very hot, but had a faint off flavor in the oil. It did not taste old, but maybe they were fried after a chicken patty etc. The salt and catsup covered the off taste, but fries still left an aftertaste that was not pleasant. The burgers were cooked well and all condiments were accurate.

Never have a really good experience at this particular location. Only one in line amd had to pull forward due to waiting on fresh fries… no one came through the line, 10mins later, they bring Mr my order, and those weren’t fresh fries. Cold. Could tell cooked a while back.. so why make me wait?

When you go for lunch prepare for dinner because by time you get your order it’s about that time. And don’t get me started on the old and nasty condiments I thought the only thing brown on an onion was the skin. To top of off, there is nothing like hearing an employee cussing out another one over your food order I’m sure my food was made with love SMH.

Was given a whopper that had meat that was hard as a brick! I drove back 15 minutes with the sandwich and just requested a new one and showed the sandwich! By this time it had been 40 minutes since I places order and the manager said the meat might get alittle hard in 40 minutes bro! I will never eat here again and I suggest no one else does either! Bro needs to find another job and they need to shut this place down before someone seriously gets sick

Sad, sad $1 taco. They come frozen with a meat and cheese on them. They go in in the deep fryer, and they add like 2 pieces of lettuce.

Go to another Burger King. This one just serves you whatever they have and don’t tell you if they’re out of major ingredients of their burgers. Lady was rude when I was perplexed on why I wasn’t informed of out of stock items. Got a couple of sopping wet burgers.
