Well to start I went threw the drive through and it appears they literally have no customer service and we’re super rude. And to top it it all they gave me food poisoning. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated awful and given some kind sickness.

Just don’t come here. Long drive-thru wait, their staff has little cognition/stoned, and they just can’t get your order right. You wait in line, get it corrected and they good it up again… Go for 3? Nope, they just can’t do it. They’re not mean, but not ice – I was bothering them. That’s fine, there are plenty of places around here that are happy to be “Bothered” for $20 a meal. Active participant in the Artificial Inflation game.

I went to this place today 06/19/2023 and I don’t know what I was thinking about, but I order thru drive-through, I paid but I didn’t pick up on the pick up window ♀️ I was going to home I realize, and then I turn back. I told them what just happened, they handle it really good and they made my food with out any drama. Thank you so much for the patience. I’m so sorry about that.

Picked up a burger combo that was like every other BK. It nice to not be surprised. But the staff manning the window seemed as if they’d rather be anyplace else. I’m sorry, “no worries”, is not an acceptable replacement for ‘you’re welcome’.

I’m so sick of going to these fast food restaurants and somebody comes on the intercom just to tell you their system is down. It is very frustrating and I think they are just liars and being lazy at the end of the night. I hope it catches up with them and somebody gets fired or better yet they close altogether. I’m going to stop coming here since their system is always “down” and hopefully many more others make the same decision so that it can make a difference. TERRIBLE AND GIANT F!

They cannot even get a Grub Hub order right! When I called and asked, They totally didn’t know why my Hershey Pies were not in the bag for my almost $70.00 Grub Hub order! They never even apologized for the inconvenience! They need some good workers who actually care about what they are doing!

First off my WHOLE ORDER was thrown into one bag, i order a Ch’King deluxe meal and NONE of the order was fresh !!!!! I get home thinking im about to have a fabulous meal take one bite of the sandwich and completely lose my appetite…absolutely ridiculous not to mention i got a #9 meal large and a #4 meal large and NOTHING WAS FRESH AT ALL !! Genuinely one of the best Burgerkings I’ve ever been too. I miss my king in Canton. The manager is so sweet and kind and this BK is Genuinely one of the best I’ve ever been too. And I’ve been to a lot of burger kings. Such a clean restaurant and Genuinely awesome. You can tell the staff and restaurant is taken care of. Legit feels like a sit in restaurant which is crazy because a fast food place is fast food lol.
