How could you serve a burned bun. Do they care that little about food service that when you saw the burnt bun you still thought it was a good idea to complete the sandwhich with a blackened piece of bread. Come on thats just lazy. This was a mobile order picked up in the drive thru.

Order was late and I had to stand out in freezing cold at the front window at 4:30 am for some dumb reason. I give the employees a 3 star rating bc they were trying but it was not giving. Please do better for us delivery drivers! And our customers! ❤️ ❤️

Made an online order. Told the young lady what I was there for. She made me wait. After 10 minutes of them looking at me and I looking back at them through drive-thru, I banged on the window. I asked about my good and the girls said, “I was doing something.” (She was on the phone). Poor attitude, poor customer service. It seems only the Baltimore restaurants employees have bad customer service.

This review is based on the staff that’s there over night. Now that Burger King is open 24 hrs, this is pretty much consistently my after party food spot. The overnight crew is always so cheery and nice! Nicer than any fast food workers I’ve ever interacted with, day or night. When I hear them over the microphone I’m like wow BK must pay well or something . Happy to go there after a party and usually the wait isn’t too bad at this location either whereas spots closer to the city end up swamped around midnight to 2 am. Food wise, it’s a burger king. You know what you’re getting.

Whoever is running this BK is doing it right! I came for lunch on 10/17 and the food was fresh and hot I had to wait for it to cool off but most notably the employees were so nice, it definitely made my day better!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Essex Burger King drive-thru. The line moved extremely slowly, with a wait time of over 10 minutes. There were two employees taking orders, but only one lane was open, which made the wait frustrating.
When I finally received my order, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered a Whopper meal, but the fries tasted old and had a strange, unpleasant aftertaste, as if they had been sitting too long or cooked in oil that needed to be changed. The burger itself was dry and lacked freshness. It seemed as though it had been sitting out instead of being made to order.
I ended up throwing most of the meal away, which is not something I typically do. I suspect the fryer may need cleaning or maintenance, and overall, the food quality and attention to detail were far below expectations.
This experience makes me hesitant to return, and I cannot recommend this location to others based on my visit. I hope management reviews food preparation and service speed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!! I took a bite of a molded burger !! I ordered Uber eats at this Eastern blvd location today to open up my sandwich to bite into a Molded burger bun. I called the store and spoke to the manager Jorden who was so not sympathetic to the situation at all. When I told her my issue, she claim there was nothing she could do. When I asked for there store number to report this issue she immediately hung up the phone. I need to contact Uber Eats to get a refund which is fine but I didn’t get no type of accommodation or a simple apology about my order. Do not eat from the store. They put my safety at risk. I’m so disgusted!!
