The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Recently ordered food and specifically ordered no onions. It was 12:15 and I couldn’t believe I was the only customer. I’m guessing others have found out this location has terrible service.

I only gave 3 stars because of the lady in drive through was super nice but that place is so unorganized and dirty inside (they forgot my sauce) and the bacon wasn’t cooked and the nuggets as you can see was cooked either. A waste of $8 ♀️ and yes I’m frugal I could have spent that money on a better meal.

Dirty inside. Rude and impatient employees who argued and yelled at each other in front of customers. They forgot parts of my order and acted annoyed when I asked for the rest of my food. Other customers who ordered after me were also missing parts of their order, such as their drink that came with the meal, and the woman up front questioned them about it instead of just getting what was missing. The burger+fries were cold and nuggets were lukewarm. I understand fast food isn’t “the best” but expected even the bare minimum. Like other people have mentioned, the cashier llied and told us they only have medium or large combos to force us to upgrade and pay more.

Store employee was rude, yelling in front of and to/at Customers. Charged for sauce after being rang up when sauce was asked for during order. Management on duty did nothing to “take care ” of the situation. Fruit punch not working.

No one in line and had to wait a minute for someone to even notice me. The place was dirty and the whopper didn’t taste good. Got the whopper and then had to wait a few more minutes for the shake. Never going there again.

I’m usually not a fast food person but today I found myself at the drive thru. I’m only writing this to recognize the employees at both windows. The employee at the first window had a good positive energy, told me I rule, and was quick about her job without rushing. As little as that seems, it made me smile and today I suppose I really needed that. The employee at the second window was also just as cheerful and quick. Both employees seemed genuine and I hope that somebody sees my review and they are recognized for not just being good workers, but awesome people too. I was at the Cockeysville location at around 11:40am on 2/27/23.
