The food was hot, and the presentation was great. On the particular day I went, there wasn’t but 1 car in the drive-through. As far as customer service, it was pretty good, and the only downside is there isn’t much in the mall, but there’s little that the restaurant can do about it.

I have frequented this location in Marlow Heights, Md often after a long day’s work, when I was too tired to confront their unpleasant attitude. I have had to repeat my orders repeatedly to the borderline rude staff through the drive thru microphone. One staff member, an elderly, bald, gentleman, is particularly abrasive and I have tried to brush it off as his unintentional style.

The food is better than McDonald’s, the burgers are bigger, the fries are better. The only issue I have is, there’s no Burger King in Clinton Maryland. I don’t want to spend my lunch time driving twenty minutes or more to the Burger King in Marlow Heights.

If I could give this raggedy place a 0 I would. Waited in line at this place for food only to be handed a bag of cold food. These people that work here clearly don’t want their jobs even the manager. Decided to go inside to get hot food approached the tall guy on register to inform him of the carelessness of his coworkers handing me cold food and all his lazy a$$ did was put this error on the manager to deal with smh! So I had the manager who thinks she is slick halfway redo my fries and onion rings. She put the cold onion rings back in grease to reheat them and pretended they were fresh as they’re is no way they cooked that quick. Not to mentioned the watered down orange drink I purchased. Water would have tasted better I’m sure! People don’t eat here! Take your hard earned money somewhere else that appreciates it. Manager who was an African American lady and tall guy African American guy that was working the register today 11/17/22 around 3:45-4pm needs to be fired! Will not be returning! Also disputing this charge with my bank as I will not be paying for this raggedy service from raggedy people!
