My husband bought me a whopper only. I wanted everything else but lettuce. I open the wrapper. It was lettuce. It seemed they tried to remove the lettuce. Let’s talk about worse. The meat was cold the bread was cold. I swear the sandwich taste like it came out of the refrigerator. I guess I didn’t have it my way. I blame management when you allow employees to give customers wrong orders and cold food. I wasted my money and now my time. The sad part is no one cares because it wasn’t your sandwich you made. Nor did you care about it. Get better cooks and people with better customer service.

Makaria and Jamie are absolutely amazing! Their perfectionist service truly stands out. I watched them handle five people at once, all while smiling and showing genuine compassion for everyone they helped. You can tell they really love what they do. Their positive energy and professionalism made the whole experience so enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service!

I wish it was a ZERO stars button . I ordered on DoorDash and they gave my Dasher not even HALF MY ORDER!! Then I called to tell them they forgot my food, $40 worth of food, the lady told me “Well you need to tell DoorDash” like excuse me? Why wouldn’t yall make sure all my food was bagged and accounted for BEFORE it was given to the driver??! Very rude manager! Very ghetto!!

If you want your correct change, go someplace else. I was cheated out of a whole dollar and when I told the cashier, she says I was wrong! I’ve been in the customer service world for 12 years and this is how I get treated?!? I even told her my mother’s a retired teacher. To avoid escalating the situation, I just left in frustration.

After waiting in the line for my food we realized we were missing all our sides from the bag ( 2 fries and 1 onion ring) . We drove back around to wait 12 minutes and the young lady said we will give them to you just show us the receipt at the window. After showing her the receipt she then comes back and hands us another bag but still missing one fry. We asked her to look at the receipt and not just throw things in the bag…. She then tells someone else to come over to the window and they look at the receipt and see the girl wasn’t paying attention and handed us anything. So we drive off everything in the bag as cold and could barely swallow the fries because of how cold they were…. Why wait 12 minutes and still receive cold food is crazy!

I arrived at their lobby door at 12:30p for lunch with my child only to find both doors locked: during business hours, and was being directed to drive around to the drive through . Which has seven cars and a wait time? To which they shouted through the window, “we’re short on staff”
Hmmm I’ve sat in the lot typing this to see literally nine cars roll up and park, with two elders going to the locked doors and another walk up finishing this sentence. Clearly they are hiring managers and workers because ♀️
Terrible management scheduling and makes me question the work place environment considering everyone is hiring these days. As I’ve typed this the van in line is just coming through; ten min drive through time. Yes; they need help.
Another family of three and two more turned away before I could finish. I’ve been sitting for 15 mins.
And wait. There is someone SITTING IN THE LOBBY: no staff should be seated in the lobby esp when you’re turning folks away; the audacity smh.

I ordered using the mobile app but requested first to the manager, Sonya and then the young female employee that my food be fresh. Sonya was kind enough to start cooking my order. While waiting, I observed the young female employee being rude and attitudinal when the manager Sonya corrected her about cooking a basket full of chicken nuggets and how it would reflect badly on the night shift. When the young woman begins to address me she is a bit attitudinal but proceeded to ask what did I want. I told her I would like my chicken fries, mozzarella sticks and French fries fresh. She gave me two out of the three and then told me the fries weren’t even cold. I told her I asked for fresh and I’m paying for it. Once the fries were done she bagged fries for the drive thru and told me drive thru comes first. I then asked the manager Jonathan who was at the register to please ask her to give me my fries so I can go. He told me they were understaffed and she wasn’t doing that on purpose. That would’ve made sense but the young woman tried to give me fries earlier that she said weren’t cold and could have used the remainder of those fries while I was waiting on the fresh ones. Jonathan was also rude while defending his employee but my request was very simple. I personally understand the pressures of working at that location but working there is a choice.

They’ve got the nastiest burgers at this store.
My burger was burnt and cold. I spend most of my time picking off the burnt part of the burger and when you think you’ve got enough of it off you can still taste the burnt on the burger it was a waste of money and so disappointing and my onion rings were cold too.. Take my advice and don’t buy anything from this burger king. I’ve been eating burger king just about all my life and this burger king food will turn you off.. but if you like nasty cold burnt burgers then by all means this burger king is for you.
Corporate should close this place.
