I believe in shining a light on those who deserve it, and while it’s not a fancy local restaurant, I am always happy with the service I receive from this particular Burger King in Laurel. My orders always come out hot and fresh and the customer service is pretty on point. I can’t say the same for nearby fast food chains and BKs in the area. So I thought I’d quickly hop on and say kudos to the staff and management at this location. I hope it never changes.

Pleasantly. Order kiosk did not have whopper with cheese so I got in line to order from counter. The two workers were complaining about the job and completely ignored the three customers. I left last time at any Burger King.

I’ll admit it, I rarely ever go to Burger King anymore. But the childhood memories? They hit different. Every now and then I’ll stop by for a quick bite, and I’ve got to say, out of all the BKs in the county, this one stands above the rest.
The drive-thru team here is always on point; polite, friendly, and shockingly accurate. When I ask for a specific sauce, they don’t just toss one in; they actually ask how many I want, and every single time, the order is exactly right. That kind of attention to detail deserves some serious credit.
But today… today was something special. November 1st, 2025, around 2 p.m. — the person who took my payment handed me a paper crown. I just took my receipt and that crown, probably grinning like a kid. My 40-year-old self sat there in the car, carefully assembling it while waiting for my order, completely mesmerized.
It wasn’t just nostalgia; it was magic. A simple moment that reminded me of childhood and honestly gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed. That’s why this Burger King is a solid 5/5 in my book.

I ordered the sausage egg and cheese cheesy melt meal, & I only got to take one bite before I saw mold on the bread. I immediately spit out what I bit and returned to the store. The manager was nice though and gave me a refund for the sandwich. But I’ll never go back here though.

The staff deserves recognition, for the first time ever walking out of fast food my response was “I need to write a google review” never had that happen before but boy oh boy, the staff was working hard, they had a clean environment, and a leader who was doing whatever possible to make sure the customers were satisfied. I wish I could come to this BK more often

Stood around for 5-10 minutes. Customer service would not even say hello. I tried to mention I had an online pick up but they took the first two people before. The the older lady had the nerve to tell me to be patient when all I said is I have not ordered. They also got the first two orders out the door.

I went Saturday because my son wanted some fries and nuggets. We were rushed at the drive through. All she kept saying was that’s it. I told her I have a few things. She said pull around. We pulled around and no one was at the first window. So we pulled to the second. She opens the window and says you have to back up. There cars behind me. She closed the window and walked away. I had to go all the way around and pay at the window and she gave me my food and said by.
The order was wrong and she never came back to the window. I just left. I won’t be back.

I jist stopped by today 7/28/23 @ 5:30ish to get a whopper. I get home bite into my sandwich and jist happen to look down at my sandwich the meat was still pink. I shouldn’t have to purchase a burger and have to refry it when I get home. Not sure who was on the grill cooking but they definitely need to go back through training on how to determine when meat is fully cook. I don’t eat raw meat still pink. I jist wasted 11.00$ on that meal. Those that read this check your burgers before leaving the restaurant. The lady in drive through was very pleasant but there gonna make someone sick with that uncooked food.
