3-14-23 10:30p.The employees were friendly the young men ….the manager tried to play me when I had a complaint about food telling me that’s how it comes when I know it doesn’t. The bread wasn’t toasted. I paid for extra lettuce and got lettuce stems no lettuce a small soggy tomato and a dry chicken pattie. I gave the store 2 stars because the window employees were friendly.

It is 11:15 p.m., and I just went through the drive-thru @ Burger King, and the service was very slow. I do not understand why it was taking so long. The cashier and staff just don’t care about customer service. My food was ice cold, and my shake was like water. Burger King, you have to do better. I will not be going back to Burger King in the morning, afternoon, or night, not at this one or any other Burger King. I have just eaten my last flamed burger at Burger King. The worst!!! I did not say anything because I did want to get in agreement with the staff. Each time a car went up to the window, it took them forever to give them their food. This should be a crime.

This job was pretty fun but would get excruciatingly tedious when the General Manager was around. Everyone’s mood would change. She’s aware of how she treats people but she doesn’t care. She has also made a lot of racist remarks toward customers and employees. She’s hypocritical as well. She will tell you not to do something while allowing other employees including herself to do it. She touches customer’s food with her bare hands. On the rare occasion she does wear gloves, she’ll touch her phone or the trash and use those same gloves to make food.

Food tasted great, but drinks were terrible. I was only able to drink water since everything else was watered down trash. Also flies were everywhere and constantly came near my food. Kindly, do better.

Horrible horrible experience. When I came in to replace my Doordash order they messed up Ms. DANIEL FRANCIS kicked me out of the restaurant. To add further insult the Manager TAYLOR JAMES had the audacity to ask me if I was not from the country and if I could see red cones blocking off the driveway due to them being short staffed (Racism). The restaurant was closed at 8:45pm and that’s what Miss James informed me why it was closed including the dining hall. I never received any of my food or compensation and had to call the police just to get the managers and employees names. I spoke to the General Manager today and she hung up the phone. It is so sad to see these industries failing due to the lack of care from employees and management.

They Never have anything! I understand they need help but, you still should have a lot more patience when you are dealing with fast food. The food is Never hot as well and the sandwiches are always sloppy etc I hardly go so when I went I see why I will not go back.
