The food was horrible. Had the basic whopper meal with cheese and the veggies on it tasted like it was rotten. The fries were COVERED in salt. I didn’t have a problem with the service that was good. But the food my gosh, I wish I could get a refund for it all. Only enjoyed my drink also if you’re on the bigger size, the old early 2000s interior is TIGHT. That’s on me tho lmao. I hope they renovate the inside also no more playground inside.

Absolutely terrible!!! Not polite, mumble when speaking, always forget food and drinks. Before you pull away, you have to check the bag. Also the sandwich maker is terrible!! Very sloppy sandwich. I will drive out of my way to go to a different BK. Never will I return to this location at Mills. Its amazing how todays age has no respect or pride in where they work. Zeros across the board!!!!!

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with 1 extra patty on each (no bun), and was charged for 2 triple cheeseburgers (totally fine and makes sense)… wrong! I paid for 6 patties and only received 3, but when I let them know that my order should have had 6 patties because that’s what I ordered and paid for, I was told that I had to pay for an additional order! Why? My receipt already reflects what I ordered so why am I being charged the same amount of money again? They didn’t understand why I was upset for being ripped off and clearly didn’t follow instructions. Won’t be returning, that simple.

Staff is not trained properly in customer service but after witnessing the lady that I can assume was the manager I can see why. She is very unprofessional. We witnessed a phone call with a customer that had a problem with there order not having meat. She told them there was nothing she could do……. when the lady arrived we heard her tell the workers oh no here she comes you take care of her….. crazy…. after the lady left and the manager just non stop blaming the staff instead of accepting the fact of the foul up and apologizing…. she started speaking about how she had married someone from Asia to make money off of them….. ….. ….. we will not be coming back here.

Inside playground was closed due to celling fallen very hazardous I’m sure mold is starting to grow on the inside of insulation and drywall in the play area very dangerous that is probably why they have it closed off there was a new guy working at the counter that didn’t know but I’m sure he was new the manager should have trained him better. The food was horrible I got cold ham egg and cheese on a croissant could not even eat it I threw it away… ( Sign on the door said drive thru only) but my 4 yrs old had to use the bathroom
