Inside playground was closed due to celling fallen very hazardous I’m sure mold is starting to grow on the inside of insulation and drywall in the play area very dangerous that is probably why they have it closed off there was a new guy working at the counter that didn’t know but I’m sure he was new the manager should have trained him better. The food was horrible I got cold ham egg and cheese on a croissant could not even eat it I threw it away… ( Sign on the door said drive thru only) but my 4 yrs old had to use the bathroom

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with 1 extra patty on each (no bun), and was charged for 2 triple cheeseburgers (totally fine and makes sense)… wrong! I paid for 6 patties and only received 3, but when I let them know that my order should have had 6 patties because that’s what I ordered and paid for, I was told that I had to pay for an additional order! Why? My receipt already reflects what I ordered so why am I being charged the same amount of money again? They didn’t understand why I was upset for being ripped off and clearly didn’t follow instructions. Won’t be returning, that simple.

I went for breakfast today. I took advantage of the 2 for 5 croissant deal they have here. The food was hot, the eggs looked like they had just been cooked. The croissant was fluffy and the sandwich was well made. I also had the hash browns with an orange juice.

Sunday 5-14-23 6:15 pm. Store was literally empty. We could hear the employees taking behind the equipment but had to wait for at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged. And the acknowledgement was one employee yelling CUSTOMER 3x. No one responded and he yelled YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER. Finally he looked at us and said “she’ll be with you in a minute” She wasn’t. She was too busy arguing with the other employees because they didn’t take our order. She then proceeded to put on a headset and never even looked our way. So we left and gave McDonald’s our business instead. This place is awful. Period.

The location of this Burger King, honestly, isn’t the best. It is in a side corner of a big parking lot, rather than like the other competitors and restaurants, which align next to each other. The road driving into their drive thru is all bumpy and full of potholes.

They didn’t have the soda I wanted so I said nevermind. The manager at the time decided to cancel my order and refused to serve me. This was on Thursday August 13th. She also got into another customer because she messed his order up. All in all I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this store as long as it has a manager that doesn’t respect the consuming public

I had to take my kids somewhere while my husband was visiting family in the hospital. I thought, “Oh, how wonderful that there is a Burger King with a Playplace to keep them occupied.” I ordered on my app from the parking lot, hoping to keep the kids wrangled for a little longer. All good til this point. We went inside, and unfortunately, they were short staffed (not their fault). It took a minute to let them know I had a mobile order, and then the waiting started! I figured, okay, let’s get them started in the Playplace…. nope! It was closed due to what I can only guess is STILL covid, ugh! So now I have 2 small children stuck waiting for food with nothing to do. Figured 15 minutes wouldn’t be a big deal. But nope again, after almost 23 minutes I went to the counter to check on our food. I was waiting for other customers (who were hawking the staff) to leave before approaching. They verified my name and told me a few more minutes…. ugh again! Meanwhile, my little one needed to use the bathroom. I took them both in and found out there was no toilet paper, in either stall. Went out to ask the cashier. The poor kid was so confused. He looked, couldn’t find it, asked the “manager”, found it, and then handed me the whole roll, you know, the big one that goes in the giant holder with a lock. I didn’t care, I took it because my little one was about to burst. We relieved ourselves and washed up. I was then trying to find a clean spot to put down the giant roll of tp, so I left it on the changing station. Finally, I’m ready to get our food. We took it to a nearby playground. The food was pretty normal for Burger King. The burger was delish, but the fries were a little cold, definitely unexpected, considering it took about 30 minutes to get our food. The chicken fries, which I got for the kids, were a bit… hollow…? Needless to say, not a great BK experience 🙁 It will probably be a while before we try them again.

5/7/2023 8pm Had the worst experience in this burger King ever today drive thru wait time was crazy maybe 20 minutes or more in the line then after that wait got my soda with out ice told here to put ice and she said she had to go all the way back to another machine I gave her all the sodas and she got the job done. Ok stopped to eat my food and tasted like they spilled salt all over are burgers I had it with the place never go again if you don’t have plenty of employees or they don’t know what they doing just close the place down.
