The restaurant was clean. We went in to order and despite there being 4 people behind the counter and 1 who kept going in and out of someone’s car in the parking lot (maybe they were on break, so I don’t want to assume that they were doing anything wrong), it took them almost 10 minutes for one of them to say, “I’ll be with you shortly.” The food was very bland and not hot at all. I haven’t been to this location since before the playground was built, but it wasn’t a great experience. The cashier wasn’t mean, but they definitely weren’t in a good mood either. Not the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant, but this definitely makes me not want to go back in the future.

I don’t write reviews but this is the worst BK I ever been too. The service I ever seen! We waited 40 mins for someone answer the intercom. We would have backed up and left but here was cars behind us. When waiting someone come on and was very rude talking about how they were trying and are short staff. I understand your short staff but there no need to be rude about it. They was no organization on who came next in line btw. They messed up our food order but no one wanted go back because of the service and the rudeness. They just eat want was close to what we order. Definitely not stopping there again.

We ordered spicy crispy chicken burgers, which were stale. We ordered medium fries but got a small one that too smelled like it is fried in months-old oil. Horrible experience.

I’ve been in so many Burger Kings, all good places but none like this one. Great customer service. The manager and young lady serving on 7/11/22 did a great job. I highly recommend this Burger King where you will be treated respectfully and they may even make you smile 🙂 See attached photo I took to what they left inside one of the meals bag.. wonderful..

This BK is the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude. The food was cold. Lady gave me attitude for pulling up to the 2nd window, when no one was at the first window. They’re lazy and incompetent.

Ordered doordash and when the driver arrived they refused to give them my order and said someone else picked it up right before .. the manager proceeded to curse at me on the phone when i told them i was reporting them to doordash.
