From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and several aspects stood out, making it an enjoyable visit The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. From taking my order with a smile to ensuring everything was prepared correctly, they showed great professionalism. The team members were efficient, and despite a steady flow of customers, the service remained quick and courteous. The restaurant was spotless, which is always a great first impression. Tables were well-maintained, floors were clean, and even the self-serve drink station was tidy. The cleanliness extended to the restrooms, which were well-stocked and fresh-smelling—a detail often overlooked in fast-food establishments.
Whopper Jr.: Served fresh and well-assembled, the Whopper Jr. had the perfect balance of flame-grilled flavor, crisp lettuce, and just the right amount of mayo and ketchup. The bun was soft yet held together well, and the patty had a nice charred taste without being dry. Fries: The fries were hot, crispy, and freshly made—a huge plus. Unlike some experiences where fast-food fries turn soggy, these had a light golden crunch and the perfect amount of salt. Between the friendly service, clean environment, and fresh food, this visit to Burger King was one of the best I’ve had at a fast-food chain. Went through the drive thru and asked for a minute to browse the menu with my wife. No one behind us. Immediately wasn’t happy with that simple request stating she waiting on me after I said hello to start our order in a rude important me tone. Then after we get the order part of the order is wrong and the bacon on the burger was burnt.

This is the greatest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Top quality food, great customer service, clean. You can tell the manager really cares about the customers and his fellow employees. Coming here every Wednesday is the highlight of my week. Plus a huge, CLEAN, playground for the kids

One of the drive thru screens is broken. Took my wife here, we don’t go out often because we’re trying to save money to buy a house but I got a coupon in the mail and decided to go. The young woman at the drive through was rude and had poor customer service skills. She forgot our sauces and made me wait at the window for them. Told her she forgot our sauces and reminded her which kinds we got. She turned around and grabbed them and threw them in our bag. When we got home the sauces were the wrong kind and our sandwiches were burnt. The roll was burnt to a crisp for both. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. The rest of the sandwich was old, cold and soggy. The lettuce was wilted like it had been sitting on the hot rack for half the day. Keep in mind this is 6:30pm dinner rush. The food should be hot and fresh. This place is a dump and the people that work here are worse. I’m tired of giving this place my money. I’ve lived here for 30 years and have loved Burger King but this place is horrible I’ll go to Wendy’s from now on.

During CV19 this became just a kitchen and stayed that way through 2021 and most of 2022 (anytime I visited)
I was here after 6:30 on a Friday night and the dining room was open. It was clean and had two TV’s broadcasting Burger Kings pre-approved channel
Seen about 10 kids under 18 here so must be a kinda hangout (as long as they buy food or drink, and they did)
We decided to test the delivered to your table pickup option in the app. They did not do that and made us ask for it by asking for your name
They also built a new playground equipment (inside it’s own enclosure). They definitely changed more internally but I had seen most of that already
The manager was doing front line cash register and packing for what looked like drive-thru.
Seems like this piticular store has done well for itself and it looks like they no longer have food and beverage issues (at least when we ate there)
