What is the point of placing a mobile order if they won’t process your order until you arrive at the store? I asked this question to one of the managers and she said “we want to make sure that the person shows up and that he won’t call back to complain that the food is cold”. Isn’t that on the customer if he’s late, and you already got paid, so even if the customer doesn’t show up, you’re not losing money. The whole point of a mobile order, in my opinion, is that you get there, your order is ready, so you don’t waste time waiting. This just doesn’t make any sense. And by the way, even though they process the order when I get there, several times I got cold fries!!!

What a disappointment. Haven’t had a Whopper in years. Used to love them. Got one here and it tasted like shoe leather. Was so over cooked and had to have been sitting around for hours, it was so dried out. Place should be shut down.

I’m only giving a second star because only ONE TIME we have had decent service. I’ve either been told they’re closing 10 minutes to 10, when other people were in the drive thru. It always takes a minimum of 30 minutes for the food, and it’s usually messed up. I have tons of empathy for fast food employees, but there’s 0 excuse for this. There is usually never a rush when I get here, and i still wind up sitting for at least 40 minutes. Plus I usually get an attitude. Save your TIME and money.

At every encounter the staff I friendly . The quality of food is poor. The soft drinks taste like mold. Just a tip …Please clean the fountain drink machine daily.. Again the staff very friendly at every encounter.. ohh and the ice cream machine was down .

Ordered 2 for 5 Bacon/Swiss Whopper Jr… Was given two regular whopper Jr’s. Went in to get it fixed and the rude dude in the kitchen just quickly throws together two more, and just adds bacon. I open them up and ask why they didn’t add Swiss, they said I didn’t ask for swiss… but my receipt clearly states two bacon and Swiss burgers. Don’t get mad at your customers because you screw up… also, this location never has iced coffee. they don’t even make it

times sure have changed the whopper had a strange liquid in it that resembled snot or phlegm, the medium fry was a mini in a large box like i’m inept and the amount of chicken fries that would make up 3-4 nuggets max for nearly 5.75 on its own. nearly 16 for this… and to be rewarded with 24hours of indigestion and mucous diarrhea. cool deal. -3*

There were only 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it took over 20 minutes just to place an order just for them to say they are out of whoppers. Then it took another 30+ minutes to receive my order. I stopped going to Burger King in general for this reason but decided to give it another shot. It has NEVER taken this long. Almost an hour in the drive thru with only 4 cars is insane. I ended up not even getting my food. Waste of my time!

My last few visits haven’t gone well at all…cashiers not listening to your order, adding things to your sandwiches that you don’t want, getting smart with you, and not even doing something as basic as marking the sandwiches that were special ordered, and not fulfilling your special order at all…..might have to start going to the Burger King in Claymont or Glenolden. Too bad the Burger King in Aston is gone.
