While seated in the parking lot, I placed an online order and immediately entered the drive-thru to pick it up. Despite this, the fries were cold and stale, and the burgers were cold as well—both consistent with food that had been prepared well in advance and left holding for an extended period.
Beyond taste and temperature, this raises concerns regarding food quality standards and proper preparation and holding practices. Restaurants are expected to follow established food safety and handling regulations, including preparing food to order when advertised as such, maintaining appropriate holding temperatures, and serving products in a condition suitable for immediate consumption. The food I received did not meet those expectations.
I later submitted a customer complaint requesting a refund and was informed that refunds cannot be issued more than seven days after purchase. The order was placed on 12/24/25, and the complaint was submitted on 1/7/26. I could not find any disclosure of this refund limitation on the receipt or within the mobile app. A policy affecting customer refunds should be clearly communicated at the point of sale.
The issue here is twofold: food quality that appears inconsistent with preparation and handling standards, and a lack of transparency regarding customer service policies. I am requesting that corporate review this location’s food preparation practices and clarify how and where refund policies are communicated to customers.
For those unfamiliar with the area, customers have several nearby alternatives: Wawa next door offers made-to-order hot and cold food, Chick-fil-A is directly across the street, and McDonald’s is down the road. Given those options, it is especially disappointing to receive food and service that fall below reasonable expectations.
I hope this feedback is reviewed and addressed, as improved quality control and clearer policy communication would significantly improve the customer experience at this location.

Long wait in drive thru. Ordered light Mayo received extra. French fries under cooked. Update**Month later exact same situation as with Food, normal wait time. As sandwich was incredible due to the mounds of mayo, I call to report problem. Told they added my name to list and will replace meal. I go for replacement today, it’s pouring down raining, they say the toaster isn’t working due to the storm. I’m on my lunch break so I say ok. Order my Whopper Junior No Mayo this time and large fries. I received Small fries and I don’t even know what kind of burger they threw in the bag but it Definitely was not a whopper Junior And they were sure to include a healthy amount of mayonnaise that I specifically did Not order. I call to speak to the manager. “Jenn” proceeds to tell me that they don’t have power and have not served Any food since 2pm( I didn’t take my lunch until After 2pm) So why do I have a burger and fries from you location today.” I don’t know we haven’t served food” and she hung up on me. Staff refused to take orders. Loudly talked about only taking one order at a time. Inside or drive thru. Complained about each order and said they didn’t care if people left. Daring people to leave they wouldn’t make anything for drive thru until they paid. Again all shouted about loud enough for everyone inside to know their policies. The customers resigned to bad service each gave one another knowing looks of realization that the 20 minute drive to the nearest Burger King would have taken less time.

Can’t rate food since I pulled up to window because person taking orders told me one second and did not come back,mind the fact there was no one in front or behind me. So she comes to window and says Did ya place order,no you didn’t come back,she then told me I had to go back around and place order ,oh no I’m not,I left and would not recommend anyone eating there,by the looks of it obviously it has gone down hill at this establishment. Different manager and doesn’t have a clue. Corporate and township needs to look into this establishment ASAP.

Terrible. It took 15 minutes for a hamburger, royal chicken sandwich, and onion rings which there isn’t anything royal about and they got the order wrong. The car behind me in the drive thru was blasting their horn. Yo man, it’s not us, go talk to the ones flipping burgers.
We pull up to the pickup window- these people that work there were dancing to music looking like fools…… dance your butt off if you’re doing your job right, getting SIMPLE orders right, and not taking longer than 10 minutes for burger king king meal of 2 entrees and 1 side.
Off our list. Never going back. I hope management reads this and does something. Food and service absolute trash

The speed of service is very poor,it took 17 minutes to get to the window.i was not offered my change and nor a receipt.the young female I seen tonight was not friendly nor greatful and this is not the first time three other occasions it was the same person, your food is delicious I’m happy about that it’s just the lack of customer service , this is not the only Burger King I’ve been to that does the same as what I went through tonight

I recently dined at Burger King and was disappointed with the experience. The chicken patties were cold, and the chicken nuggets were dried out. Additionally, the floors were greasy and slippery, and the tables and chairs were dirty. The service was terrible, and the clerks were incredibly rude. They claimed the food was cold because they had called our number several times, but we had been waiting for less than five minutes inside the restaurant and could barely hear them due to the loud music. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit.

Pulled into the drive thru with a mobile order the lady at the window asked another worker “did she order drinks?” They asked me to pull around instantly and I did. Waited 34 minutes with two small kids for our order. Food was extremely cold.
Reached out to Burger King directly hoping to resolve without having to post a review they told me they could give me a $5 coupon and refunds were not an option. Horrible customer service and horrible location.
