It’s a shame that a company policy has caused a lower rating for a review. I enjoy Burger King and it’s food for the most part. One star was taken away due to the excess fluid that comes off the sandwich’s lately makes a mess when I eat them and the fact that when I get a French fry with a black spot in it. Just throw that French fry out instead of giving it to a customer. The loss of another star comes from the hoarding of sauces. I like to dip my fries in their honey mustard, so good!, so when I get fries I ask for honey mustard. When I get just get one packet for a large fry that doesn’t work. I’m told “I can only give you one” is just ridiculous. I’m sure that if I wanted more I would be charged for for them which again is ridiculous and yes I know other places do it too. But you don’t even get ketchup unless you request that. When I go to other places like Arby’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell etc they don’t skimp. I’m not asking for a bag of sauce, I just think the organization needs to tho k about the message that puts out to the public.

I honestly have gone through this location’s drive-thru for years and it consistently delivers fresh, accurate food in a timely manner. They make the Wendy’s & McDonalds on the other side of town look as horrendous as they truly are. The food is nothing to brag about and I gave up on BK’s breakfast as it sucks regardless of location but this location’s drive-thru is awesome for lunch / dinner in my opinion.

I went to Burger King in Columbia 2 nights ago around 9:00 something at night. I asked for one of the new burgers with no cheese. That came with bacon and caramelized onions. I asked for EXTRA bacon, AND EXTRA ONIONS, I DID NOT GET EITHER. I open my sandwich and looked at it and I had to knock on the window and told her, and let her see my sandwich that I asked for extra bacon and onions she came back with just a napkin full of bacon and the bacon was hard. Such clowns I’m so disgusted. I paid extra $0.70 more for bacon in 25 cents more for onions that I did not receive.

My girlfriend and I drive 45 minutes just to come to this Burger King. It is the best one we’ve ever had food is always amazing and staff is always awesome. We love this location so much. Deserves 5 stars

I don’t usually post positive reviews of fast food establishments, as I don’t set a very high bar for these places; however, the weekday morning staff at the Columbia Burger King are top notch. They are very attentive, polite, and provide speedy service. The food is standard Burger King, so nothing special there, but they always have biscuits which some Burger Kings don’t; and their prices are notably cheaper than other Burger Kings in the area.

The young gentleman that took our order was AWESOME. Everything besides him was aweful. Food was all luke warm, nowhere near fresh. The manager was loud and barking out orders. Of course she needs run her team but the whole restaurant doesn’t need to hear yelling. There was another customer being very loud and obnoxious on a video call, cursing and being inappropriate, should’ve been asked to leave.

It’s 12:00 on july 20th, 2023. I’m a local plumber and was looking for somewhere to get lunch. I chose burger king. I walked inside and the Cashier says good afternoon. I ordered and Alex has a very positive attitude. Alex was very cheerful and presented perfect customer service( which you don’t see in many places). Alex knew what he was doing and didn’t have to ask for help from a manger or fellow coworker when I was ordering. Alex did a very good job presenting the store and their great customer service. I would recommend giving Alex a raise or appreciation because it’s not like he has name embroidered on his shirt. I specifically asked for it because of his attitude and professionalism. Although, i’m giving this store a 3-star review because when I walked in the store, the store was filled with smoke and hazey. I would’ve ate inside, but the smoke was too much. Food was great though.

Older ladies at night were very rude. Doors were locked at 10 which is fine but when they forgot items for my order they were very rude and just kept shaking their head at me when I got to the door. I had to go through drive thru , wait in line again with my food getting cold just for some zesty sauce and nuggets. And she still cut me off at the window. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EW. I run a restaurant. If you can’t handle criticism don’t be a manager or deal with customers. Period. I couldn’t even tell her that I needed an 8 piece nuggets I paid for. Unbelievable. She shut the window in my face.
