I came here yesterday for a whopper. I don’t even like fast food like that but I was craving one for some reason. It was soooo good, so fresh, fries were fresh even the Dr Pepper was on point. Went back today shamefully and it was delicious yet again. Y’all gonna see my big back again very soon thank you

VERY CLEAN. Columbia PA BK : Cleanest BK I ever saw. Eat there two to three times per month.
Food warm to hot. That’s acceptable. Some sit-down restaurants in lancaster and dauphin counties food severed lukewarm or worse after a 45 minute wait.
Friendly atmosphere.
Again very clean: Dining area, bathroom, counter area and what was visible of the grill / kitchen area.

Everytime I come here I’m either missing food, sauces, straws or the toy out of the kids meal. I don’t ever complain. Just deal with it. But my daughter was going to get the 8 pc nugget and share a fry with me and her drink. Would have been like 10 to 12 bucks. She seen the SpongeBob kids meal and decided she wanted that because she loves SpongeBob and she wanted the toy. So for less nuggets and fries I paid more, because kids meal is like 6 or 7 bucks. I got my own meal then and a nugget so she’d have a few extra. 20 bucks. And didn’t even get the toy. That was the whole point. Lol. I was going to go back. But she said it’s ok mom, I don’t need it that bad. And I get it. But almost 10 extra bucks and we paid for it. But she said it’s fine. At least I received my food this time. The food was fresh and hot this time. And we got straws. But no toy. Next time it’ll be something else.

I order here once a month and each time there was something wrong. If you are charging as much as you do please make sure the order is prepared correctly and all the items ordered make it to the customer. I hate paying extra to have my food the way i want just to receive it made incorrectly. I hate not receiving everything I paid for. I hate when I have to call to ask when the rest of my order will get here and I receive an attitude. Everything is overpriced but that seems to be the case with all fast good chains.

Wouldnt let us put 2 separate orders in the drive thru all because we had 2 different people paying. Wouldnt make a difference if we paid together or separate when we were going to get the same amount of food! So we left the drive thru. I will not give a business my money for making stupid rules up. Ill never eat burger king again yall food not even that good

I ordered through the drive thru some hashbrowns for me and my 4 year old. They didn’t have immediately ready, so we drove around and waited for our order. The guy who came out to hand me my order let me know that the hashbrowns were very hot and just wanted me to know before I gave them to my child, and I just felt like that was so nice of him. Seems like a very small gesture, but I really appreciated him caring enough to let me know.

It’s a shame that a company policy has caused a lower rating for a review. I enjoy Burger King and it’s food for the most part. One star was taken away due to the excess fluid that comes off the sandwich’s lately makes a mess when I eat them and the fact that when I get a French fry with a black spot in it. Just throw that French fry out instead of giving it to a customer. The loss of another star comes from the hoarding of sauces. I like to dip my fries in their honey mustard, so good!, so when I get fries I ask for honey mustard. When I get just get one packet for a large fry that doesn’t work. I’m told “I can only give you one” is just ridiculous. I’m sure that if I wanted more I would be charged for for them which again is ridiculous and yes I know other places do it too. But you don’t even get ketchup unless you request that. When I go to other places like Arby’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell etc they don’t skimp. I’m not asking for a bag of sauce, I just think the organization needs to tho k about the message that puts out to the public.

Updating my review from 5 years ago. I don’t know what happened but this Burger King has taken a big step in the right direction. They are fast, efficient, and you don’t get cold food like any of the other fast food options in the area. They consistently hit.
