This is the worst Burger King I’ve been too. No matter how many chances you give this place , they still can’t get an order correct! The last time I was through the DT, I placed my order which was 2 simple meals that you couldn’t get any simpler. They didn’t even repeat the order back to confirm correction, they told us amount and to pull up to the window to pay. Once up at the window, we noticed a few of the staff was laughing and having a good Ole time as the guy was so busy having laughter with the others that he couldn’t even say Hi, Thanks, or nothing! I understand it’s fast food cause I work in fast food but the professional thing would be to do is aknowledge the customer who’s paying good money and expecting to get what they’re wanting, just to get home to find that their order was wrong because they were to busy doing other than their job. I will never go there again, not even for a something quick situation. I’ve always said the phrase ” If you’re not happy and you constantly have that many problems with a place of business then why keep going? ” Now it’s time for me to practice what I keep telling others!

I had given up on BK burgers a long time ago.. always enjoyed their breakfast but the burgers haven’t tasted good to me since I was a kid.. one night my wife wanted to pick up dinner. So I grabbed I believe it was called the bacon king. Maybe.. but after we got home and ate I was upset I hadn’t bought 3 of them.. instantly brought me back to how excited I would get as a kid going to Burgerking.. been back a few times since then for that burger.. .. at some point I would like to have the king breakfast sandwich again.. .. if that’s what it was called.. was an awesome breakfast sandwich.. i would get the double meat.. very good and totally worth it

I always come here for breakfast everyday. The food is always fresh, hot, and served quickly. I haven’t experienced any long waits in the drive thru line. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I recommend the Mocha Iced Coffee, It’s delicious !!!

I have to say that this Burger King is the worst Burger King that I’ve ever been to. My last experience with this location I ordered Rodeo burgers and the onion rings that came on them were disgusting and hard. I also ordered chicken sandwich and a side of onion rings. They asked me to pull to the side because my order would take a few minutes to prepare since they were going to cook fresh onion rings. So my question was if you’re going to take time to cook fresh onion rings why not cook fresh chicken for the sandwich because the chicken that was on the sandwich that I ordered was horrible hard unchewable. The side of onion rings that they said they had to cook fresh there were maybe five on top that were fresh the rest on the bottom work hard and disgusting. Mind you that I set waiting for 10 minutes for my food to come out. And it doesn’t do any good to call and complain because they just don’t care as I have found out. When I have called and let them know that the service that they are providing is not up to quality standards for the Burger King brand. If I could give a half a star I would. This location definitely has its work cut out for it and needs to reevaluate their customer relations and what kind of product they want to be known for.

So I just went through the drivethru asked for 2 8 piece chicken nuggets. Got my nuggets and I only had one 8 piece and I was missing a nugget. Went back to get my second pack of 8 piece and counted the nuggets and there was only 6. This job hires kindergartners? Because that’s what it feels like. Y’all are lucky I wasn’t the driver. It’s so small to complain about but I expect what I pay for. Idiots. Second shift btw.
