So while speed was excellent as far as getting seated and getting food to us.. The salsa that comes with the chips is not good, not spicy, but has good viscosity/consistency. The chorizo cheese dip is not that? It’s beef. It’s also 9.25 for a little tiny bowl.
Asking for limes in your water, we’ll get you a yes.. but lemons instead
The à la carte ground beef burrito with red sauce is not. The sauce is green, it’s literally only beef inside the burrito and a light sprinkling of cheese on top in the green sauce. It was fine flavor-wise.
They have lengua, but sadly no street taco option. Ya know the meat, onion cilantro in corn shell deali?
Hour and a half before closing on a Wednesday… Two other people in the restaurant when we got here so no reason to get it mixed up
Did they forget on my way to the kitchen? Are they color blind from red to green? green to yellow?
The one win in this.. The water was not just tap water from a dirty filter, restaurant was clean, booth did not have rips… Looking at you tuscumbia Fiesta Mexicana

Best mexican restaurant in Florence!! The food comes out fast and hot. Everything has been delicious. Just be sure your order is taken correctly because their english isn’t always the best. I usually never have an issue, but it has happened a time or two. I still eat there all the time because the orders were corrected and everything always taste so good. It’s worth my short drive to killen rather than eating at other places in Florence that don’t compare in taste. They don’t get a ton of traffic when I’ve been, but I think that’s due to location. But that just means your food is even faster!

Thought we would try out little mexico #2 in Killen since we had not ordered from that location in awhile. Ordered takeout and they did not get our order correct & was quite possibly the worst Mexican meal we have ever had. Ordered mixed bean and cheese nachos and specified omitting an ingredient due to an allergy condition, unfortunately they did not omit the allergy ingredient making them inedible. The taco salad salad shell was stale and chewy. The only good part of our meal was the cheese dip and chips.
