The worst Burger King I have ever been to seems no one likes to work nor do they be having anything ready or even there. I was the only person in line and I had to wait 40 minutes just for some chicken wraps that’s crazy had to get a refund and everything didn’t even want the food supposedly the manager says he don’t never have people on his shift and the other shifts do. You would think being it’s in a nice neighborhood service would be better not at all

Their biggest issue is being understaffed and underappreciated. I had one minor issue with 1 food item that I ordered online and was unable to get to the establishment on time. I got there an hour and 20 minutes after I ordered. It’s all my fault. I expected soggy food that had been sitting. Instead, I got fresh made food. Very pleasant experience.

I arrived here around 5:30 pm, surprisingly there was only a couple other guests here so the service was very quick. My only issue was with the scanner fountain drink station. While it is innovative and offers many choices, for those who do not own smart phones or those who do not know how to use the scanner/bar code in order to get it to work, this could be an issue. I know that for my parents, even though they own a smartphone, they do not have the knowledge to use the scanner option.

Friendly attendants and thoroughly cleaned. On the wall is a cubist representation of a Whopper®️ in colored bands, which is clever. Sanitized bathroom and free wi-fi. Ample parking in the lot outside. The food is good as well, and can be pre-ordered by way of an app.

Worst Burger King in the area by far. They take forever to answer the drive through speaker and when they do it’s with a very unpleasant attitude. We get our food and it’s overcooked yet somehow cold. Asked for no mayo on one of the burgers but was given one with an obscene amount on it, could very well have been an accident but the amount on it made it seem intentional. Wasn’t given any sauces and didn’t even feel like asking because the girl handed the food and shut the window immediately after and had such a nasty attitude. Go to the McDonalds the next plaza over, this place needs to do better.

Horrible establishment, horrible service, and workers with bad attitudes. Shouldn’t have to wait at drive thru window for 35 minutes for a mobile order that you placed ahead of time. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention inside because they weren’t paying attention, we told them we’ve been waiting a while and they gave a rude response and walked away. Food was cold when we received it as it was sitting on the counter and no one brought it to us.

Horrible customer service. Waited in drive thru and no one asked to take order. Sat there for several minutes waiting. No other cars in drive thru and said hello several times with no response. Pulled up to window and when I told them no one responded girl was nasty with me saying she was taking orders when clearly no one else was in drive thru. She could have responded and told me she would be with me in a moment. Was given a hard time at window about placing order. Lost a customer. Educate your staff on good customer service.
