This Burger King is a tale of two entities. For breakfast and lunch, the counter people are always very pleasant and accommodating, as well as attentive. For the dinner time, it’s quite a different story, as there is a definite slant of the working staff towards the drive thru customers rather than the inside patrons. This shows, as in the several times I’ve been there during supper, even at 6pm, the place is nearly deserted. A real shame.

We arrived at 1:00 am today 08/05/2023 and the person at the drive trough was attentive and friendly every moment. The food was good by that time and he handle every customer during this time. Clean plenty places to sit and plenty of parking. Food and coffee were as expected. We passed several Dunkin’ donuts in Starbucks on our way which both have better coffee. But we got paid to eat here so we chose it over other options.

The employee or manager Jimmy gave me excellent customer service and was quite understanding when I wanted to have a quick conversation with him. Jimmy deserves a reward for kindness and should be recognized for his excellent people skills. I appreciate his customer service and will most definitely be coming back

I’m came back to this BK thinking it would be good but it wasn’t good as last time. First they got my order wrong and I place the order online. Luckily I ate inside so they were able to fix it. Second their new wrap is cold and undercooked. The only good thing were the fries and for sure they were old fries.

I usually go here at night and jimmy is an absolute sweetheart. He is the best and makes my day everytime I speak with him. However today I tried to order in the drive through and I had the worst experience ever. I asked the employee at the drive through if it would be cheaper to order a drink and a burger or a whole meal and she ignored me. so I thought she didn’t hear me and I repeated myself to which I was returned with silence. when I drove up I saw a girl with red hair a hand tattoo and a neck tattoo who was extremely rude. she stares at me and goes “what?” I was so confused.. I told her i’m waiting for my food and she goes well you didn’t order so you’ll have to come back around. mind you I literally spoke to her over the speaker and she ignored me after I asked her a simple question. quiet literally the worse fast food experience i’ve had.

Every time me and my girlfriend come here for late night eats we always hope for Jimmy at the drive thru, he always gives the best service and gives time to hear you out and is patient unlike all the other BKs we go to. The food taste like any other BK but this one usually gives extra at night too so this is hands down the best BK.

Last night I went to buy two hamburgers for $12, I went with my car and when he spoke to me through the microphone he explained to me that now they are 2 for 14, his kindness and joy struck me by speaking through the intercom, when I finally got it see and he attended me through the window to give me my hamburgers, I opened the door (because the glass of my window does not go down) when I said Sorry for that reason, he laughed in a cheerful way and told me there is no problem that usually happens ! I felt very comfortable, it resulted in excellent customer service, friendly and attentive to detail. I asked him his name and he looked at me like he did something wrong, so I told him he was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. His name is Jimmy, and he was working there around 10:30 at night. I always really liked your food but what I liked the most last night was the attention. They have a great employee! It transmits joy and kindness.
