I had an enjoyable southern burger with excellent pimento. The fries were very good. I will say the portions are a little small for what you are paying. I feel like of you catch this place at the right time it’s 5 stars and if you catch it at the wrong time it’s a 3. Note my pics are very close up. The burger bun was full size. The patty is not. And the fries look large but they were very few.

I have been looking for a good burger place and this one is excellent. There are a good selection of flavorful burgers and I chose the North Lamb. I was not disappointed! The burger was cooked perfectly, the garlic aoili was tasty, and the tzatziki sauce was heavenly. The fries were good and the honey mustard sauce was amazing. I would have given 5 stars except for two things: one it took a really long time to get the food (it was lunch time, but not crowded) and two I asked a different waiter than mine to bring me some ketchup but after three times of him walking by and looking at me he never brought it. Honestly it wasn’t too much to ask. Any way, the food was great and the price was very reasonable. Will return soon.

My daughter had the Southern Gent (minus pickled onions & mayo) and I had the East Coast. Both burgers were delicious! We each had fries (my daughter had wanted ranch, but they only have specialty sauces) plus a side of Mac & cheese which was very creamy. Our server was helpful and pleasant. We will be back!

Stopped in with friend one weeknight for dinner… they weren’t very busy. Our server was great, very friendly, engaging, and helpful. They have a very interesting menu, loaded with lots of interesting burgers and fries. They make many sauces in-house and they have a large selection of them. The fries were some of the best I’ve had in a very long time. The dipping sauces were on the bland side though – we tried cilantro and jalapeño remoulade and both tasted more like bland mayo than the flavors they were supposed to resemble. We also tried their spicy sautéed shrimp and they had a nice spice, but the shrimp was slightly over-cooked. The miso potato salad I got with my burger had an interesting concept, but unfortunately the potatoes were under-cooked. My burger, the Original was really good. The meat was flavorful and the temp it was cooked to was spot-on. The toppings were decent, but the bun, specifically the heel was too thin and it was difficult to pick up and eat, so I ended up using a fork & knife to finish half of it.

Good food at a good price. Friendly staff. Very satisfying portions. The food was good the Truffle fries were plenty for all three of us. The burgers (2 lamb and 1 cheese chicken) was cooked our request and was flavorful and filling. Excited to go back and tried a different burger.

My husband and I came for an early dinner with our toddler, and it was a nice, calm atmosphere that didn’t overwhelm our kid. They’ve got a very interesting selection of burgers, and lots of dipping sauces, but the portion sizes are small for the price. Actually, I really wish they would include more veggies in the burgers. Service staff was friendly and attentive.

Overall a good experience. They seem to be a bit short staffed, but so are most places these days. The burgers are tasty with plenty of options—my main critique would be that they could elevate their bun game a bit. I’ve had four burgers at this point and each time it’s come on the same flat, ordinary bun. They do, however, have a refreshing amount of sides to choose from besides fries.

Our last review was not flattering! But with chatting with the manager, we decided to give it another try ! It was worth the trip ! The manager was very nice. She was very understanding! We had a half order of the truffle fries ! I had the country gent burger ! My wife had the standard burger ! The waiter was great and ver attentive! My burger was cooked perfectly and waiter ensure I got what I wanted! I very you staff , but it’s very expensive burger place!

Three of us came here last month on a friend’s recommendation. First, the good news: The fries and the dipping sauces were excellent. Now the bad: The restaurant was about 2/3 full when we arrived. Between the bare high ceiling and the loud piped-in music, it was so incredibly noisy that we had to raise our voice and speak into the ear of the person sitting next to us just to be heard! The service was friendly, but server and kitchen staffing was way too low (sadly a common occurrence these days). We waited a very long time to have our order taken, and then it was another long wait for the food to be brought to our table. Two of us had Basic beef hamburgers. They were OK (nothing special) and the buns fell apart. I had the South Lamb lamb burger (a specialty of Burger Bach). It arrived cold and it was one of the worst-tasting lamb patties I have ever eaten! No one ever came by to ask how we were enjoying our meals, so after another 15 minutes, I was able flag down a server who said she’d get our server. She came about 10 minutes later. Having already spent well over an hour getting my ears pounded, I opted to give up and the server graciously removed the charge for the lamb burger from the bill. For a restaurant that’s on the pricey side, I was quite disappointed. I won’t be Bach!

Great experiences lately. This place is in an “uppity” side of town but the staff are really chill & real. Even the cook seems to be in a great mood. The burgers have gotten more robust and are cooked very well. I want to try different ones but I always get the original because it’s always on point ! I be going hard on that truffle aeoli too. Oh and they include fries (nowadays places don’t even include fries with your burger anymore!!) I will be back!
