5/15 7pm Waited at the front for 15min to put a to-go order in, then moved to the bar thinking maybe it would be easier, waited there for another 15min still no one acknowledged I even walked. I totally understand being under staffed and busy but there was maybe 15 people inside who all seemed to have their orders or at least placed order with no visible menus and glasses of water and drinks on their table or bar. Better off going to the Cajun restaurant next door. 🙁

Server was good but the menu is a lie when it comes to soft drinks. Tried to order 3 different soft drinks off their menu all of which were out (dr pepper)or not available ( coffee and mt. dew vintage). Excuse is it’s a national/ corporate menu. So loud you can’t talk even to your server.

The bbq brisket tacos was terrible. It tasted like it came out of a can. The food take quite awhile to come out and the place wasn’t even that busy. Love all the tvs they got to watch. The place is nice inside.

Kaneohe location is the worst. First the get the whole order wrong then they don’t answer the phone to correct it. Manager too busy talking outside while the workers inside are short handed. Ridiculous! Last time ordering from this place.
