Yo we cannot be serious… why is this place so hit or miss?? I’ve had way more negative experiences than positive ones, and yet I keep coming back just because it’s convenient for pickup. Every time I tell myself it’ll be better, and every time it’s something wrong order, missing items, cold food, attitude, something. Tonight guess we couldn’t afford to seasons both sides of the wings.

My husband & I come here all the time because it’s close to us and close to the movies, and reminds us of home. We have had pretty awful experiences almost every time we’ve been as far as service is concerned, but we continue to go because of the food. We went last night and had the best service we’ve ever had! Our waitress, Nick, was the best! Friendly, smart, attentive, and speedy! And she was good at upselling. She was great and my husband and I kept saying it was the best experience we have had at this location. Food also came out faster than usual, which was awesome especially considering it was BOGO Thursday. 🙂

Do not recommended. Go somewhere else. This place smells like mold. It takes forever to get your wings. They don’t know how to deep fry them because they taste dry and old. I remember it took them 32min and 26 seconds for them to give me my beer. This is not the bdubs I remember.

Why does all of the food in Oahu suck so bad? The wings were dry, they didn’t have enough sauce and they didn’t even tell me when my food was ready I had to look at the to go shelf and find my name after 30 of waiting. This place is meant for tourists and instagram because how dare you think you can buy good takeout regularly. Stick to food land because everywhere else is straight up garbage.
Edit: must be nice to be able to just sit behind a computer and type up a half thought out apology instead of just fixing the problem. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Trying to find a friendly, attentive server here is basically the restaurant version of chasing the Northern Lights: technically possible, allegedly beautiful, but you’ll need luck, patience, and maybe a Sherpa.
Meanwhile, the Togo setup feels like a social experiment in trust. They just plop your food on a random rack by the door like it’s a lost and found item. The front hostess area is so unattended it might as well have a ‘free food’ sign.
And the Togo tip… genuinely curious what heroic service I’m tipping for. The spiritual act of placing my food on a shelf and walking away. Bold move.
If you want dinner with a cold experience, this is your spot.

COLD FOOD. I get it’s a busy day but we had a party of 4 each get their food separate by at least 10mins in between. Meaning the last guy had to wait 30mins to get his food. But worse was EVERYONES food was cold. They messed up our appetizer. We got the sampler and it had different items on it. Do not recommend. Additionally it was freezing cold in there and the tvs were loud I couldn’t hear the person at my table without screaming. The waitress was nice

Always an enjoyable experience with friendly wait staff. The new ultimate sampler platter is a great deal since you can choose what you want—I went with three wing flavors and onion rings. The chicken tenders weren’t the best, but the wings never disappoint.

Definitely got food poisoning from this place. All the chicken wings were over cooked and had a stale texture. My wings weren’t even tossed, just slathered in a heap of sauce on the tray. My wife had to send her boneless wings back. Seriously I don’t know how you screw up what are essentially chicken nuggets at a restaurant. I’ve been to this location a few times and the service is nothing to brag about either. Everyone here is not even doing the bare minimum. Also shown by the state of the place. There used to be a weird old beer odor that thankfully they got rid of, but the rest of the place is still not a beacon of health and safety practices. I could barely walk to the bathrooms cause the floor was so grimey and slippery. Also I paid in cash and my change was supposed to be $30.41. Waitress came back with $30 even. Not super pissed about that, but very unprofessional and rude to not even give me all my money back. Now it’s Christmas Eve and my wife and I are sick in bed trying to care of our baby, not able to do anything because of a complete lack of care for health and safety. This place needs whole new management and staff that doesn’t make you feel like a burden.

Just got take out. Ordered 2 kids meals and a large boneless wing meal. Got everything into car and thought we had it all. Missing the drinks (2 chocolate milks) with the kids meals which really makes the meal since it’s such tiny portions. Didn’t realize til we were already 15 mins away. Mac and cheese was old pasta with dried cheese on it, wouldn’t get again. Boneless wings were good. Tried to address the missing drinks on the app where we ordered and it only led to a number to call which did not get answered by anyone.

Waited a good 40 minutes after the appetizers and my wife’s food arrived for my sandwich. To which she acknowledged and I’m certain she forgot about it to grab it from the kitchen. Finished the Dr Pepper and instantly felt sick and didn’t want my food anymore and took it home to eat when I felt less grossed out. I’m sure it’s to the soda machine, I let the waitress know about it and I only got a “oh so that’s where that went” not a sorry not a comp for the drink. Nothing. I always tip, so enjoy your $1 tip. Learn customer service thanks.
