Services here sucks, walked right up to the counter and ordered for two people, took 30 minutes to get our food. They forgot the ranch sauce, took 5 minutes before they would turn back to the counter to acknowledge us and another 5 minutes waiting for the sauce.

The sandwich here was alright, a little bland, but with some salt it was decent. I got the chicken philly with the loaded fries. Overall not a bad spot (the only spot) to get a hot sandwich in the mall. 7/10 recommend this place.

Worst Charley’s experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki phillys with extra chicken and extra teriyaki. Didn’t have extra anything, actually had almost no sauce. Had to go back to get sauce put on it. Buns weren’t toasted and fries were soggy from not being cooked long enough. Went to get a refill, and they stated it would be half price for a refill. Have never been charged before from any of the other Charley’s I’ve visited. Extremely disappointed. The price to product ratio is not on par with every other Charley’s that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to probably 50 of them.

Ordered Buffalo chicken and it was made perfectly . My whole order was freshly made, hot and delicious! My lemonade was super good and I asked myself why I don’t visit more often. Only thing is I wished I’d have known about the app reward program but no biggie.

We used the Waiter App for the first time and we ordered from Charley’s. The Philly Cheese steak sandwiches were simply great!! Loaded with tons of meat and cheese. It wasn’t just lots of bread like other sandwich places. The veggies and toppings were fresh and plentiful! We thoughly enjoyed our meal!! Will definitely order again!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Edwin absolutely REFUSED to accept my FREE CHARLEYS CARD!! Telling me they “switched to an app”. When I responded with “transfer my free sub to the app, because I have the app” I was told NOTHING could be done. Not even HALF off a new sub. I might of understood his reasoning if the card had any sort of expiration innuendo in the fine print, but there is NONE. I spent WELL over 100$ just to get a free sandwich and I’m treated like I’m asking for the impossible. Completely unacceptable.! Will NEVER return to this or ANY Charleys for that matter.! It would have taken 5 minutes to call a supervisor for a promo code or to “void” it out. But I guess accepting your own coupons to please the customer is too much to ask for in the fast food industry this day and age..

Two sandwich order took forever and it was still hot when it arrived so it wasn’t the delivery driver taking forever. The food was somehow bland but also a salt lick. Hugely expensive for the lack of quality. I would never recommend. Bleh.

Go to quick food in the mall. Chicken California with gourmet fries (fries deliciously covered in cheese and bacon). The flavored lemonades are so good. They’re fast, friendly, and the bonus is they have an assortment of spices and hot sauce to add to your sandwich as you see fit! I’m so hungry
