I ordered my food online for delivery, but they called me and told me that there delivery driver was really busy with deliveries and that it would take him forever to get to me. So he said if I could come pick it up he would give me half off .. So I was happy about that! They only have one delivery driver, so if anyone needs a job!!!

Our first time trying delivery from Papa John’s in Amelia, we normally pick it up in Batavia. We really enjoyed the food alot! The wings had a really good amount of barbeque on them. The jalapeno rolls were loaded with cream cheese and were delicious, the best we’ve ever had! And the stuffed crust pizza from there is awesome! So Much Cheese! Very excellent food, we will be reordering soon. I highly recommend ordering from here!

Ordered at 8:58 and They Burnt the First pizza and made it wrong, then the second Split the Garlic open and poured it all over the boxes because they had to make the 2nd one right… Just picked it up at 9:36 after they said they would deliver it to me. They tried to Lick me. Prolly won’t Order from here again. I’m a Great regular Customer but maybe not anymore if this is what happens to customers… There was an older lady, an older man, and a Younger man, Maybe a Teenager working, and the Manager was about 30’s or 40’s, maybe even late 20’s idk She keeps prank calling me and hanging up too. They absolutely sabotaged my pizza and my night. I’ll order from Little Caesars next time, Thanks If I get sick I’m putting it on the record in advance, I am reporting it. Look at the photos wider. I have been nothing but Kind to these people. But I also have Audio recordings of some of the employees if you need them, Hopefully the franchise owner can reach out.

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza and when it arrived it looked like it had been dropped. Also ordered a double mushroom pizza that only had maybe 10 pieces on it. Then the new salted caramel cookie was pretty pathetic, they just drenched it to where it was oozing out of the box

Love the new new york style but it depends on who makes it I suppose. Some have had toppings to the edge and others look like a regular crust pizza. Pretty good either way.

We ordered and received 2 papadias they were horribly made. Too much pizza sauce and very little chicken and pepperoni. It was mainly dough and pizza sauce.

The food is always hot and the staff has always been friendly. The orders that are placed end up being correct 99% of the time. There have been a few times where there was “low effort” put into the preparation of an item for example, I had a pizza with extra pepperoni cooked well and a custom pizza cooked well with half supreme half Hawaiian. The custom pizza came out perfect, ingredients were distributed evenly. The pepperoni pizza on the other hand was under done (dough was still raw in the center) and the pepperoni distribution was terrible. Chunks of pepperoni were just haphazardly tossed on were some slices ended up being just cheese.
The cost is also terribly high and this location does not appear to participate in the same coupon deals as other papa johns in Cincinnati.

3 stars for atmosphere, no dining area. Clerk who handed me the pizza seemed ok, 4 stars for 15 seconds. Called in the order and it appears that pizza shops use a central ordering center where a salesperson tries to sell other products. Whatever. Saves time for the actual location making the pizza. So, very little excuse for pizza that wasn’t fully baked. Never worked a pizza shop so I don’t know the inner workings. It appears that automation is used to get the pizza right. Well something went wrong. 2 stars for the product
